Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の、部材、特にガスセンサのセラミックのセンサエレメントに形成された電気的なコンタクト個所にコンタクトするためのコンタクトエレメントを起点としている。
請求項1に記載の特徴を備えた本発明によるコンタクトエレメントには、このコンタクトエレメントが、納品の際及び例えばガスセンサに組み込む際に既に、作動時に課せられる要求を満たす、機能に特化した区別された領域を有しているという利点がある。これによりコストは減じられ、組み付けは改善されて容易になる。これにより、耐熱性のある高価な材料の使用はコンタクト個所側のエレメント区分に限定することができ、接続側のエレメント区分は比較的低い強度で製造することができる。このことは、接続ケーブルの電気的な導体をコンタクトエレメントに接続する際の圧着プロセスを容易にし、圧着工具の摩耗を低減させる。全体的なコンタクトエレメントは1つの完成した構成ユニットであるので、例えばガスセンサにおいて電気的なコンタクトを形成するためにコンタクトエレメントを後から組み付ける場合、センサとワイヤーハーネスの組み付けの場合のように、個々のエレメント区分を結合するための複雑なプロセスは不要である。
Claims (10)
- 部材(10)、特にガスセンサのセラミックのセンサエレメント上に形成された電気的なコンタクト個所(14)にコンタクトするコンタクトエレメントであって、前記コンタクト個所(14)上に摩擦接続的に載置されるコンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と、電気的な接続導体(15)に接続するための接続側のエレメント区分(12)と、これら両エレメント区分(11,12)を互いに結合し、熱膨張を補償する中間区分(13)とを備えたコンタクトエレメントにおいて、
少なくともコンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と、接続側のエレメント区分(12)とは、各エレメント区分(11,12)の機能性に適合した材料特性を有した異なる材料から成っていて、材料接続的に結合されていることを特徴とするコンタクトエレメント。 - 前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)は、DIN10269の耐熱性合金から成っている、請求項1記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)は、DIN10088の1.43xxファミリーの耐食性のある鋼から成っている、請求項1又は2記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記耐食性のある鋼は、固容化熱処理された状態にある、請求項3記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記中間区分(13)はDIN10088の1.43xxファミリーの、冷間硬化された耐食性のある鋼から成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記中間区分(13)は、前記コンタクト個所側の端部区分(11)及び/又は接続側の端部区分(12)と同じ材料から成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)は別個のエレメント部材(27,28)として形成されており、前記中間区分(13)は少なくとも部分的に、前記両エレメント区分(11,12)の少なくとも一方と一体的であって、前記両エレメント部材(27,28)は前記中間区分(13)の領域(29)で接合されていて、予め組み付けられた構成ユニットとなるように材料接続的に互いに結合されている、請求項6記載のコンタクトエレメント。
- 前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)とをそれぞれ、前記中間区分(13)の一部(13a,13b)と一緒に、別個のエレメント部材(27,28)として打ち抜き、曲げて、両エレメント部材(27,28)を互いに接合し、前記中間区分(13)の前記領域(29)で材料接続的に互いに結合することを特徴とする、請求項7記載のコンタクトエレメントを製造する方法。
- 前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)の材料から成る2つの金属帯(16,23)を互いに突き合わせて材料接続的に接続して1つのバイメタル帯(24)を形成し、該バイメタル帯(24)から、突き合わせ縁部(25)に対して横方向に延びる長手方向の延在を有する打ち抜き部分(26)を打ち抜き、これにより、一方の金属帯(16)から成る前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と、他方の金属帯(23)から成る、前記中間区分(13)を含む前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)とを形成し、前記打ち抜き部分(26)には前記エレメント区分(11,12)と前記中間区分(13)とを成形することを特徴とする、請求項6記載のコンタクトエレメントを製造する方法。
- 前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と、前記中間区分(13)と、前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)の材料から成る3つの金属帯(16,18,17)を、互いに突き合わせて材料接続的に接続して1つのマルチメタル帯(19)を形成し、該マルチメタル帯(19)から、突き合わせ縁部(20,21)に対して横方向に延びる長手方向の延在を有する打ち抜き部分(22)を打ち抜き、これにより、前記コンタクト個所側のエレメント区分(11)と、前記中間区分(13)と、前記接続側のエレメント区分(12)とをそれぞれ1つの金属帯(16,18,17)から形成し、前記打ち抜き部分(22)には前記エレメント区分(11,12)と前記中間区分(13)とを成形することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のコンタクトエレメントを製造する方法。
