Abstract
本発明は、下水、廃水、皮革廃水および畜産糞尿の生物学的処理方法に関し、特に、難分解性廃水を物理・化学的前処理を経ることなく生物学的に処理できるようにするのは、廃水処理過程からの各種悪臭およびスラッジの発生も低減できるようにする、難分解性廃水の生物学的処理方法および廃水処理剤に関する。本発明の難分解性廃水の生物学的処理方法は、混合微生物BM−S−1(寄託番号KCTC11789BP)0.01〜1重量%、粉末もみ殻0.1〜1重量%、粉末ピートモス0.1〜1重量%、糖蜜1〜5重量%、シイタケ廃ホダ木オガ粉0.01〜1重量%、および水92〜98重量%を混合した混合物を15℃〜28℃に維持して複合微生物液剤を製造する段階と、培養原料50〜95重量%および前記複合微生物液剤5〜50重量%を混合して構成する混合原料製造段階と、65℃〜85℃の高温条件下で、前記混合原料100重量部に対して混合微生物(BM−S−1)0.01〜1重量部を接種する高温接種段階と、前記高温接種された混合原料を培養する培養段階と、前記培養された混合原料を乾燥させる乾燥段階と、前記乾燥した混合原料を液剤状態で培養する微生物原液製造段階と、前記微生物原液製造段階を経た微生物原液を廃水に投入するために微生物の個体数を増殖させ、活性化させる微生物活性段階とを含む。

また、本発明の他の目的は、畜産糞尿や皮革廃水などの高濃度難分解性廃水を処理する廃水処理剤を提供することにある。
好適な実施例によれば、前記廃水は畜産糞尿、皮革廃水および難分解性廃水の中から選ばれ、前記微生物原液は炭水化物培地に固定された形態である。
それだけでなく、農家や企業の環境負担金を低減して生産コストをダウンさせることができる効果も発揮される。
下記表1はピロシーケンス(Pyrosequencing)分析による混合微生物(BM−S−1)の種の分布を示す表である。
このような混合微生物(BM−S−1)の分離過程は次のとおりである。
混合原料100重量部に対して混合微生物(BM−S−1)0.01〜1重量部を接種する高温接種段階を行う。
前記混合および粉砕された原料を回転培養機に入れて微生物の発酵に適切な環境を保つために水分を調節した後、土壌複合種菌(BM−S−1)を接種する。
本発明に係る微生物製剤の製造の際には、前記混合種菌(BM−S−1)を混合原料の総重量100重量部に対して0.01〜1重量部接種することが好ましい。

培養原料50〜95重量%と前記複合微生物液剤5〜50重量%とを混合して構成する混合原料製造段階と、
65℃〜85℃の高温条件下で、前記混合原料100重量部に対して混合微生物(BM−S−1)0.01〜1重量部を接種する高温接種段階と、
前記高温接種された混合原料を培養する培養段階と、
前記培養された混合原料を乾燥させる乾燥段階と、
