Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る難燃透明フィルムの製造方法は、(a)透明性を有する基材フィルムを用意する段階、(b)前記基材フィルムの少なくとも一つの表面にポリシラザンを含む難燃物質をコーティングし、難燃性コーティング層を形成する段階、(c)前記難燃性コーティング層を乾燥処理し、前記難燃性コーティング層内の残留溶媒を除去する段階、及び(d)前記難燃性コーティング層を水蒸気雰囲気下で硬化する段階;を含み、前記難燃性コーティング層及び基材フィルムの積層体は、ヘイズ測定値が0.3以下である光特性を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (13)
- (a)透明性を有する基材フィルムを用意する段階;
(b)前記基材フィルムの少なくとも一つの表面にポリシラザンを含む難燃物質をコーティングし、難燃性コーティング層を形成する段階;
(c)前記難燃性コーティング層を乾燥処理し、前記難燃性コーティング層内の残留溶媒を除去する段階;及び
(d)前記難燃性コーティング層を水蒸気雰囲気下で硬化する段階;を含み、
前記難燃性コーティング層及び基材フィルムの積層体は、ヘイズ測定値が0.3以下である光特性を有することを特徴とする難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記ポリシラザンは、ペルヒドロポリシラザンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリシラザンは、触媒量のシリカ転化促進触媒を含有し、
前記シリカ転化促進触媒はアミン系触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。 - 前記基材フィルムは、アクリル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、メラミン系樹脂及び不飽和ポリエステル系樹脂のうち一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。
- (e)熱処理を通して、前記コーティング層に残存する水分を除去する段階;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階は、40〜100℃で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。
- 前記(d)段階は、40〜100℃の温度及び70%以上の湿度条件を有する水蒸気雰囲気下で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の難燃透明フィルムの製造方法。
- 基材フィルムの少なくとも一つの表面に難燃性コーティング層が形成された透明フィルムにおいて、
前記難燃性コーティング層はポリシラザンを含み、ヘイズ測定値が0.3以下である光特性を有することを特徴とする難燃透明フィルム。 - 前記ポリシラザンはペルヒドロポリシラザンであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の難燃透明フィルム。
- 前記ポリシラザンは、触媒量のシリカ転化促進触媒を含有し、
前記シリカ転化促進触媒はアミン系触媒であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の難燃透明フィルム。 - 前記基材フィルムは、アクリル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、メラミン系樹脂及び不飽和ポリエステル系樹脂のうち一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の難燃透明フィルム。
