Claims (4)
- 駆動ベルト(1)において使用するための金属のリング(14)のための製造方法における熱処理プロセスであって、前記リング(14)は、アンモニアガス含有プロセス雰囲気中で処理される、熱処理プロセスにおいて、前記プロセス雰囲気のアンモニア含有量は、2〜6体積%であり、前記リング(14)は、前記プロセス雰囲気において、500〜550℃の温度で、少なくとも15分間、多くとも45分間熱処理されることを特徴とする、熱処理プロセス。
- 前記プロセス雰囲気に供給されるプロセスガスのアンモニア含有量は、3体積%であり、前記リング(14)は、前記プロセス雰囲気において、500℃の温度で、30分間熱処理される、請求項1記載の熱処理プロセス。
- 前記プロセス雰囲気に供給されるプロセスガスは、アンモニアガスおよび窒素ガスのみから成る、請求項1または2記載の熱処理プロセス。
- 前記リング(14)は、マルエージング鋼合金から形成されており、該マルエージング鋼合金は、以下の基本組成、すなわち17〜19質量%のニッケル、4〜6質量%のモリブデン、8〜18質量%のコバルトを含み、場合によっては、1質量%未満のチタンのような少量のその他の合金元素および/または少量の不純物および平衡鉄を含む基本組成を有するマルエージング鋼合金の範囲のものである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の熱処理プロセス。
