Description
上記の説明の通り、この様な材料は、Ｂ2Ｏ3が存在し、及び／又は、第３成分の液相の酸化物が形成される可能性があるので自己修復の液相を保つにもかかわらず、アクティブ酸化されていない第３成分によって、シリコンが有利に代替されている非酸化系を構成している。また、本発明の材料は、第３成分の酸化物が、ハフニウムの酸化物を含む複雑な保護酸化物層において、酸化物、特定の（又は中間の）化合物、固溶体、又は保護酸化物層の熱機械的な安定性を高めることができる表面構造（sur-structure）を形成するので、とても良好な耐熱特性を示す。
