Claims (5)
- ピストンがシリンダの内部で往復運動を実行する、オルターナティブ圧縮機用のピストン/シリンダアセンブリであって、
ピストン表面(1)およびシリンダ表面は、約60nm未満の表面粗さパラメータRpkおよび100nm未満の表面粗さパラメータRvkを有し、
前記ピストン表面(1)は、少なくとも1つの支持層2および少なくとも1つのDLC層(3)を含む被膜を受けることを特徴とする、オルターナティブ圧縮機用のピストン/シリンダアセンブリ。 - シリンダ材料がステンレス鋼であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のピストン/シリンダアセンブリ。
- 前記支持層(2)の材料が窒化物および硫化物より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のピストン/シリンダアセンブリ。
- 前記DLC層(3)の材料が、非水素化非晶質炭素、水素化非晶質炭素、非水素化正方非晶質炭素、および水素化正方非晶質炭素、またはこれらの組み合わせより選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、または3に記載のピストン/シリンダアセンブリ。
- 前記DLC層(3)が金属または非金属合金元素をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のピストン/シリンダアセンブリ。
