Claims (17)
- 第1組スプラインを備える内レースと、
第1端部分と第2端部分と中央部分とを有し、前記第1端部分が、前記第1組スプラインと嵌合する第2組スプラインを有し、前記中央部分が前記内レースと当接し、前記第2端部分が、外面の第1組ネジ山と内側面の第3組スプラインとを有する、ドライブスリーブと、
前記第1組ネジ山と嵌合する第2組ネジ山を有する内面と、第1スナップリング溝と、第2スナップリング溝とを備えるドライブナットと、
前記第3組スプラインと嵌合する第4組スプラインと、第3スナップリング溝と、第4スナップリング溝とを備えるピニオンシャフトと、
前記第1および第3スナップリング溝内の第1スナップリングと、前記第2および第4スナップリング溝内の第2スナップリングと、
を備える等速ジョイント。 - 前記内レースの第1組スプラインが前記内レースの内面に形成される、請求項1に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ドライブスリーブの第2組スプラインが前記ドライブスリーブの外面に形成される、請求項1または2に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ドライブスリーブの中央部分が、前記内レースと当接するスリーブシートを包含し、前記ドライブスリーブの中央部分が前記ドライブスリーブの第1端部分より大きな直径を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ドライブスリーブの内側面が前記ドライブスリーブの中空内部を画定する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ドライブナットが、前記ドライブナットを通して形成される複数の解除孔を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ドライブナットが、無ネジ末端内面の境界を成す第1面取り面および第2面取り面を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記無ネジ末端内面が前記第2組ネジ山の直径より大きな直径を有する、前出請求項7に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記第2スナップリング溝が、前記第2組ネジ山からの径方向内向き段状部分であるスリーブ肩部に設けられ、前記段状部分が前記ドライブスリーブの前記第2端部分に隣接して配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記複数の解除孔が前記第2スナップリング溝と交差する、請求項6に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記複数の解除孔の各々が段部とネジ山とを包含する、請求項6に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 解除締結具が前記複数の解除孔の各々にネジにより配置される、請求項6に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 第1組スプラインを備える内レースと、
第1端部分と第2端部分と中央部分とを有し、前記第1端部分が、前記第1組スプラインと嵌合する第2組スプラインを有し、前記中央部分が前記内レースと当接し、前記第2端部分が、第1組ネジ山と、外面のブーツ溝と、内側面の第3組スプラインとを有する、ドライブスリーブと、
前記第1組ネジ山と嵌合する第2組ネジ山と第1スナップリング溝と第2スナップリング溝とを有する内面を備えるドライブナットと、
前記第3組スプラインと嵌合する第4組スプラインと、第3スナップリング溝と、第4スナップリング溝とを備えるピニオンシャフトと、
前記第1および第3スナップリング溝内の第1スナップリングと、前記第2および第4スナップリング溝内の第2スナップリングと、
を備える等速ジョイント。 - 前記ブーツ溝が前記第1組ネジ山と前記第2組スプラインとの間に設けられる、請求項13に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ブーツ溝が径方向内向きに前記ドライブスリーブへ延在する、請求項14に記載の等速ジョイント。
- ブーツの第1端部分が前記ブーツ溝に設けられ、クランプ装置が前記ブーツと接触して前記ブーツを前記ブーツ溝に固定する、請求項15に記載の等速ジョイント。
- 前記ブーツの第2端部分が、外レースの外面との接触状態にあるブーツ保持部に設けられる、請求項16に記載の等速ジョイント。
