Abstract
【解決手段】外側継手部材と、この外側継手部材内に収容される継手内部部品とを備える。内側継手部材にシャフトが嵌入される。非平常状態での衝撃が付与されない平常状態では、継手内部部品の反シャフト嵌入側への移動を規制するカップ底を、外側継手部材の反シャフト嵌入側に形成する。カップ底は、継手内部部品の反シャフト嵌入側へ移動する非平常状態での衝撃にて切断される切断部位を有する。

Claims (5)
- 外側継手部材と、この外側継手部材内に収容される継手内部部品とを備え、内側継手部材にシャフトが嵌入される等速自在継手であって、
外側継手部材の反シャフト嵌入側の開口部を塞ぎ、非平常状態での衝撃が付与されない平常状態では、継手内部部品の反シャフト嵌入側への移動を規制するカップ底を、外側継手部材の反シャフト嵌入側に形成するとともに、カップ底は、継手内部部品の反シャフト嵌入側へ移動する非平常状態での衝撃にて切断される切断部位を有することを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 外側継手部材の反シャフト嵌入側には鋼管シャフトが連結され、切断部位を、継手内部部品の最大外径よりも外径側に設け、非平常状態での衝撃付与時には、切断部位を介して切断されたカップ底および継手内部部品がこの鋼管シャフト内部への侵入を許容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 外側継手部材の内径面に冷間鍛造にて仕上げられてなるトラック溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の等速自在継手。
- カップ底の切断部位は削り加工にて仕上げられてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3に記載の等速自在継手。
- カップ底の切断部位は、熱処理範囲の調整にて形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3に記載の等速自在継手。
