Abstract
Description
その結果、不飽和ポリエステル、ラジカル重合性単量体及びコバルト化合物を含有するラジカル重合性組成物に、更にポリオール化合物を含有させることにより、前記課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
従って、本発明のラジカル硬化性組成物は、土木、建築、鉄道、道路等の分野において好適に使用することができる。特に、FRP(繊維強化プラスチック)防水材として特に好適に使用することができる。

撹拌機、温度計、冷却器及び窒素導入管を備えた反応容器に、ジエチレングリコール3.5モル、テレフタル酸1.2モル、アジピン酸0.5モル、ジブチル錫オキサイド1,000ppmを仕込んで窒素気流下215℃で12時間反応を続け、ソリッド酸価が3以下となったところで150℃まで冷却した。次いで、無水フタル酸0.8モル、無水マレイン酸1モルを仕込み、205℃まで昇温し、16時間反応を続けた。サンプリングは60%スチレン溶液で行い、酸価10〜20mgKOH/gの範囲、ガードナー粘度K〜Lの範囲となった時点で反応を終了させ、冷却した。その後、トルハイドロキノン30ppm、ナフテン酸銅10ppmを添加し、組成物を得た。該組成物100質量部に対して、6%ナフテン酸コバルトを0.4質量部、プロピレングリコール0.1質量部を添加し、ラジカル重合性組成物(1)を得た。
用いるプロピレングリコール0.1質量部をグリセリン0.2質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラジカル重合性組成物(2)を得た。
用いるプロピレングリコール0.1質量部をポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート(「レオドール TWL−120」花王株式会社製)0.1質量部と変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラジカル重合性組成物(3)を得た。
ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレートの使用量を0.15質量部と変更した以外は、実施例3と同様にしてラジカル重合性組成物(4)を得た。
ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレートの使用量を0.2質量部と変更した以外は、実施例3と同様にしてラジカル重合性組成物(5)を得た。
プロピレングリコールを用いない以外は、実施例1と同様にしてラジカル重合性組成物(6)を得た。
実施例及び比較例において、ラジカル重合性組成物を調製した時点を基点として、50℃の条件下で1週間、2週間、4週間、6週間保存した後、及び23℃条件下で2ヶ月、3ヶ月、5ヶ月保存した後のゲルタイム(分)をJIS K6901 5.10.1に準拠して測定した。
Claims (3)
- 不飽和ポリエステル(A)、ラジカル重合性単量体(B)、コバルト化合物(C)及びポリオール化合物(D)を含有することを特徴とするラジカル重合性組成物。
- 前記ポリオール化合物(D)の数分子量が、1,500以下である請求項1記載のラジカル重合性組成物。
- 請求項1又は2記載のラジカル重合性組成物を用いて得られたことを特徴とする土木建築材。
