Claims (5)
- 太陽電池モジュールの裏面に取り付けられるボックス本体と、
前記太陽電池モジュールの出力タブを接続する複数の端子板と、
前記端子板の間に設けられたダイオードと、を備え、
前記ボックス本体は、前記太陽電池モジュールの裏面に取り付けられる底壁と、当該底壁に対向する上壁と、を備え、
前記端子板は前記上壁の内面に配置され、
前記底壁は、底面視で、前記端子板を露出させる開口を備え、
前記開口側から前記端子板を覆う成形部材を備えた端子ボックス。 - 前記成形部材は、樹脂により形成され、前記端子板に密着するように設けられている請求項1記載の端子ボックス。
- 前記成形部材の底面には、放熱溝が形成されている請求項1または2記載の端子ボックス。
- 前記成形部材は、前記ダイオードを収容する凹部を備え、
前記凹部の内周面と前記ダイオードの外周面との間には空間が形成され、
前記凹部の内周面と前記ダイオードの外周面とは接着剤で固定されている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の端子ボックス。 - 前記上壁の外面には金属製の放熱板が設けられている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の端子ボックス。
