Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも標本からの観察光を集光する対物レンズを保持する対物レンズ保持手段と、対物レンズが集光した観察光を結像する結像レンズと、対物レンズと結像レンズとの間に設けられ、全反射照明を用いて標本からの観察光を観察する全反射照明観察光学系と、共焦点開口が形成された回転ディスクを有し、対物レンズの焦点位置と略共役な位置に共焦点開口を配置したディスク走査型共焦点光学系と、を備え、対物レンズの焦点位置と略共役な位置との相対距離が変更可能である。

Claims (8)
- 少なくとも標本からの観察光を集光する対物レンズを保持する対物レンズ保持手段と、
前記対物レンズが集光した前記観察光を結像する結像レンズと、
前記対物レンズと前記結像レンズとの間に設けられ、全反射照明を用いて前記標本からの観察光を観察する全反射照明観察光学系と、
共焦点開口が形成された回転ディスクを有し、前記対物レンズの焦点位置と略共役な位置に前記共焦点開口を配置したディスク走査型共焦点光学系と、
を備え、
前記対物レンズの焦点位置と前記略共役な位置との相対距離が変更可能であることを特徴とする倒立顕微鏡システム。 - 前記回転ディスクの位置が前記観察光の光路に沿って移動することによって、前記対物レンズの焦点位置と前記略共役な位置との相対距離を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記結像レンズの位置が光路に沿って移動することによって、前記対物レンズの焦点位置と前記略共役な位置との相対距離を変更することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記ディスク走査型共焦点光学系は、前記全反射照明観察光学系の光路の一部を通過することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記ディスク走査型共焦点光学系は、前記結像レンズに対して前記対物レンズ側と異なる側で構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記結像レンズと前記回転ディスクとの間に、少なくとも一つの光路分割部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記回転ディスクの前記共焦点開口を、前記結像レンズの焦点位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
- 前記ディスク走査型共焦点光学系は、前記対物レンズ保持手段および前記結像レンズを保持する本体部に着脱自在であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の倒立顕微鏡システム。
