Abstract

Claims (15)
- 複数の回転しない中空管を含む、生物学的組織から移植片組織を得るための装置であって、ここで、
中空管の各々は、遠位端及び近位端を含み、
中空管の各々は、遠位端に提供された少なくとも2個の点を含み、
中空管の各々の内径は、1mm未満であり、及び
中空管の各々の遠位端は、該中空管の遠位端が生物学的組織から取り出される時、生物学的組織から複数の移植片組織を取り出すために、生物学的組織中に挿入されるような構造をしている前記装置。 - 中空管の各々の内径が0.5mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の各々の内径が0.3mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 点の少なくとも1個によって形成させる角度が約30度である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の各々が、遠位端に少なくとも3個の点を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の各々が、遠位端に少なくとも4個の点を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管が少なくとも1個の生物学的組織に挿入される距離を制御及び/又は制限するために、少なくとも1個の中空管の外側部分に結合した停止器具をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個の中空管に機械的に結合した振動器具をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管が基部に固定されている、基部をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の中空管が、基部に固定された少なくとも5個の中空管を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 複数の中空管が、生物学的組織から同時に複数の移植片組織を除くように構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の近位端と連通して設けられた密閉物をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 密閉物が、少なくとも1つの移植片組織を保存するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 密閉物と連通して設けられた圧力源をさらに含んでなる、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 圧力源が、ポンプ、弾力性のある球、又は変形性の膜の少なくとも1個を含んでなる、請求項14に記載の装置。
