Description
本出願は、2008年4月1日に出願された米国仮特許出願第61/041,587号(この開示内容は、参照することによりその全体が本明細書に組み込まれる)の優先権を主張する。
2個の点を含む装置の遠位端の画像を図8Aに示す。この装置は、例えば図5Aに示した装置500と同様である。この装置のさらに回転した画像を図8Bに示す。この装置は、外径が約1mmで内径が約0.5mmを有する管を使用して作成した。点又は延長部は、管の軸に対して適切な角度で管の遠位端の2個の相対する側面を摩砕することにより作成した。使用した角度は約30度であるが、他の角度を使用することもできる。試験管のはす縁は、点又は延長部の側面に沿って見える。これらの点の形は、本明細書に詳述したように、提供者部位の組織への装置の挿入、及び/又は提供者部位からの微小移植片組織部分の分離を促進することができる。例えば、このような微小移植片は、軸に沿って管を回転することなく、提供者部位組織から装置を挿入し引き出すことにより、提供者部位から分離し取り出すことができる。
Claims (15)
- 複数の中空管を含んでなる、生物学的組織から移植片組織を得るための装置であって、
中空管の各々は、遠位端と近位端を含み、
中空管の各々は、その遠位端に提供された少なくとも2個の点を含み、
各点は、鋭角で交わる管壁の2つの部分によって形成される鋭い先端であり、
各中空管の内径は1mm未満であり、
中空管の遠位端は、生物学的組織中に挿入されるような構造をし、該中空管の遠位端が生物学的組織から引き出されるとき、生物学的組織から複数の移植片組織を取り出すことを特徴とする装置。 - 各中空管の内径は0.5mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各中空管の内径は0.3mm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記点で形成させる角度は約30度である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の各々は、その遠位端に少なくとも3個の点が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の各々は、その遠位端に少なくとも4個の点が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管の遠位端が少なくとも1個の生物学的組織に挿入される距離を制御及び/又は制限するために、少なくとも1個の中空管の外側部分に結合した停止器具をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1個の中空管に機械的に結合した振動装置をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 中空管は基部に固定されていることを特徴とする、基部をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の中空管は、基部に固定された少なくとも5個の中空管を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 複数の中空管は、基部に固定された少なくとも10個の中空管を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 複数の中空管は、基部に固定された少なくとも30個の中空管を含んでなる、請求項9に記載の装置。
