Abstract
本实用新型属医疗器械类,用于治疗骨折的取骨
与植骨。
它是利用螺旋削切取渣与推注植入的方法在近
似闭合的情况下完成骨移植的。
它具有操作简便,手术创伤小,局部软组织损伤
轻、手术时间短,病人痛苦小,对骨折愈合机制及自身
修复能力无干扰,而且可广泛运用于新鲜骨折的时期
植骨与骨病的活检取样。
本实用新型具有结构简单,造价低,易实施的优
点。
Description
本实用新型属医疗器械类,用于治疗骨折的取骨与植骨。
传统的治疗陈旧性骨折,需手术切开,剥离暴露取骨与植骨,这样,软组织损伤重,手术创伤大,时间长,给病人增加了痛苦。
本实用新型避免了上述技术之不足,提供了一种操作简便,不需切开暴露,在近似闭合的情况下完成取骨与植骨。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它由储骨仓(1)前螺盖(2)后螺盖(3)骨针(4)活塞杆(5)手柄(6)以及螺旋钻头(7)和针栓(8)组成。
附图描述了本实用新型的实施例:管状的储骨仓(1)前端与骨针(4)连接,后端设后螺盖(3),活塞杆(5)装于储骨仓(1)内,前端与螺旋钻头(7)连接,后端与手柄(6)连接,在植骨时,由针栓(8)替代螺旋钻头(7)。
取骨时,在术前工作就绪后,在其部位做8~10mm切口,将骨针(4)经切口刺入骨膜下,旋转手柄(6)螺旋钻头(7)削切下的松质骨经螺旋导入储骨仓(1)内,拔出骨针(4)缝合切口,完成取骨。取出螺旋钻头(7)将针栓(8)插入储骨仓(1)内。在骨折处做8~10mm切口,将骨针(4)经切口垂直刺入骨折间隙内,推动手柄(6)由针栓(8)将储骨仓(1)内的骨渣植于骨折的间隙内,拔出骨针,缝合切口,完成骨移植全过程。
本实用新型具有手术创伤小,局部软组织损伤轻,手术时间短,病人痛苦小,对骨折愈合机制及自身修复能力无干扰,缩短病程,减轻病人经济负担,具有良好经济效益。而且可广泛运用于新鲜骨折的早期植骨与骨病活检取材。

Claims (3)
1、一种经皮骨移植器,由储骨仓(1)前螺盖(2)后螺盖(3)骨针(4)活塞杆(5)手柄(6)螺旋钻头(7)针栓(8)组成,其特征是:储骨仓(1)为管状,前端与骨针连接,后端设后螺盖(3),螺旋钻头(7)与针栓(8)在取骨与植骨时,分别置于储骨仓(1)内。
2、根据权项1所述经皮骨移植器,其特征是:在取骨时、活塞杆(5)前端与螺旋钻头(7)连接,后端与手柄连接。
3、根据权项1所述经皮骨移植器,其特征是:在植骨时,活塞杆(5)前端与针栓(8)连接,后端与手柄连接。
