Claims (16)
- 受容者部位に移すための、提供者部位からの複数の微小移植片を得るための装置であって、ここで、該装置は、複数の中空管及び振動装置を含み、
該複数の中空管は、基部に結合され、提供者部位に、該装置の一部の1回の挿入で複数の微小移植片を得るように構成され、ここで、
中空管のそれぞれは、遠位端および近位端を含み、
中空管のそれぞれは、提供者部位への中空管の挿入を容易にするために、中空管の遠位端に設けられた少なくとも2個の点を含み、ここで、各点は、鋭角で交わる管壁の2つの部分によって形成される鋭い先端であり、
少なくとも1個の該管の内径は1mm未満であり、
上記装置は、少なくとも1つの中空管の遠位端から一定の距離で停止器具を含み、該停止器具は、皮膚の真皮/脂肪層結合部に近傍の深さまで該管を挿入できるようにし、
該振動装置は、前記複数の中空管を振動させ、生物学的組織への該管の挿入を容易にするように構成された基部に結合され、
前記中空管のそれぞれの前記点は、皮膚の真皮/脂肪層結合部まで、前記提供者部位に挿入されるような構造をし、前記中空管それぞれは回転させることなく、前記提供者部位に挿入され、前記提供者部位から引き出され、前記提供者部位から前記微小移植片を取り出すような構造をし、前記構造により前記中空管それぞれが1mm未満の寸法の前記微小移植片を取り出して形成することによって、受容者部位に移すための該微小移植片の生存活性を維持する、上記装置。 - 前記点のうちの少なくとも1つによって形成される角度が30度である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空管の内径が0.5mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空管の内径が0.3mm未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空管のそれぞれが、前記中空管の遠位端に設けられた少なくとも3個の点を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空管のそれぞれが、前記中空管の遠位端に設けられた少なくとも4個の点を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の中空管が、基部に結合された少なくとも5個の中空管を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の中空管が、基部に結合された少なくとも10個の中空管を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の中空管が、基部に結合された少なくとも30個の中空管を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中空管の近位端と連通して設けられた密閉物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記密閉物と連通して設けられた圧力源をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力源が、ポンプ、弾力性のある膜、または変形性の球のうちの少なくとも1個を含む、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、提供者部位から、ゼロより大きくかつ70%未満の面積率を有する複数の皮膚微小移植片を得る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、提供者部位から、ゼロより大きくかつ50%未満の面積率を有する複数の皮膚微小移植片を取り出す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動装置は、50μm~500μmの振動の振幅、及び10Hz~10kHzの振動の周波数を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記振動装置が、振動の振幅および周波数を調整するように構成された回路を含む、請求項15に記載の装置。
