Abstract
【解決手段】処理槽4bに複数の膜分離装置6が浸漬配置された有機性排水処理装置の運転方法であって、前記処理槽4bを複数の区域R1〜R4に分割し、各区域に配置された汚泥性状測定手段S1〜S4の測定値に基づいて、対応する区域R1〜R4に浸漬配置された膜分離装置6に対する散気量及び/または透過液流量を設定する。

Description
図1には、膜分離装置6が組み込まれた有機性排水処理装置1の一例が示されている。前処理設備2と、流量調整槽3と、活性汚泥が充填された嫌気槽4aと膜分離槽4bとからなる活性汚泥処理槽4と、膜分離槽4bに浸漬配置され槽内の被処理水から透過水を得る膜分離装置6と、膜分離装置6でろ過された処理水を受け入れる処理水槽5と、制御手段としての制御装置20を備えている。

Claims (6)
- 処理槽に複数の膜分離装置が浸漬配置された有機性排水処理装置の運転方法であって、
前記処理槽を複数の区域に分割し、各区域に配置された汚泥性状測定手段の測定値に基づいて、対応する区域に浸漬配置された膜分離装置に対する散気量及び/または透過液流量を設定することを特徴とする有機性排水処理装置の運転方法。 - 前記汚泥性状測定手段が溶存酸素量測定手段で構成され、
前記溶存酸素量測定手段により測定された溶存酸素量が低い区域ほど、対応する区域に浸漬配置された膜分離装置に対する散気量を多く設定し及び/または透過液流量を少なく設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機性排水処理装置の運転方法。 - 前記有機性排水処理装置全体での散気量及び/または透過液流量の総量を一定に保った状態で各区域の配分を変えることにより、対応する区域に浸漬配置された膜分離装置に対する散気量及び/または透過液流量を設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の有機性排水処理装置の運転方法。
- 被処理水が供給される処理槽と、
膜面を洗浄する散気手段と膜面を透過した透過液を取り出す透過液取出し手段とを備え前記処理槽の被処理水に浸漬配置される複数の膜分離装置と、
前記処理槽に分散配置され汚泥性状を測定する複数の汚泥性状測定手段と、
前記汚泥性状測定手段の測定値に基づいて当該汚泥性状測定手段の近傍に配置されている膜分離装置に備えた散気手段からの散気量及び/または透過液取出し手段からの透過液流量を設定する制御手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする有機性排水処理装置。 - 前記汚泥性状測定手段が溶存酸素量測定手段で構成され、
前記制御手段は前記溶存酸素量測定手段により測定された溶存酸素量が設定値より少なくなると、前記溶存酸素量測定手段の近傍に配置されている膜分離装置に備えた散気手段からの散気量を多く設定し及び/または透過液流量を少なく設定することを特徴とする請求項4記載の有機性排水処理装置。 - 前記制御手段は流量調整用のバルブの開度調整または流量調整用の電動機のインバータ制御により各膜分離装置に対する散気量及び/または透過液流量を設定することを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の有機性排水処理装置。
