【解決手段】非水電解質二次電池1は、正極ケースと、正極ケースと固定され、正極ケースとの間に収容空間(10)を形成する負極ケース(7)と、収容空間における正極ケースに設けられ、正極活物質としてリチウム化合物を含む正極部と、収容空間(10)における負極ケース(7)に設けられ、負極活物質としてSiOx(0≦x<2)を含む負極部(12)と、収容空間に収容された非水電解質と、を備える。負極ケース(7)は、ベース層(20)と、ベース層(20)に対して収容空間(10)と反対側に配置され、ベース層(20)よりも熱伝導率が高く、厚みが2.6μm以上のニッケル層(21)とを含む。

Claims (6)
- 正極ケースと、
前記正極ケースと固定され、前記正極ケースとの間に収容空間を形成する負極ケースと、
前記収容空間における前記正極ケースに設けられ、正極活物質としてリチウム化合物を含む正極部と、
前記収容空間における前記負極ケースに設けられ、負極活物質としてSiOx(0≦x<2)を含む負極部と、
前記収容空間に収容された非水電解質と、を備え、
前記負極ケースは、
ベース層と、
前記ベース層に対して前記収容空間と反対側に配置され、前記ベース層よりも熱伝導率が高く、厚みが2.6μm以上のニッケル層とを含む
非水電解質二次電池。 - 前記収容空間の外部における前記負極ケースに熱処理により接合された端子を備える
非水電解質二次電池。 - 前記端子は、前記負極ケースとの剥離強度が2kgf以上になるように、前記負極ケースと溶接されている
非水電解質二次電池。 - 前記負極ケースは、厚みが130μm以上のクラッド材を含み、
前記ベース層は、前記クラッド材に含まれるステンレス鋼からなる層である
非水電解質二次電池。 - 前記クラッド材の厚みに占める前記ニッケル層の厚みの比率は、2%以上である
非水電解質二次電池。 - 前記クラッド材の厚みが200μm以下であって、前記ニッケル層の厚みが16μm以上である
