Abstract
【解決手段】制御基体5に取り付け孔19の軸方向と直交する方向に延びる合成樹脂製の第1接合フランジ35を設ける一方,アクチュエータ20のステータ20aに第1接合フランジ35と対向する合成樹脂製の第2接合フランジ36を設け,第1及び第2接合フランジ35,36の対向面の一方には溶着凹部39を,またその他方には,溶着凹部39に挿入される溶着凸部40をそれぞれ設け,溶着凹部39の底部と,溶着凸部40の先端部との間に,それら底部及び先端部の周辺を相互に溶着させる電熱線44を配設し,第1及び第2接合フランジ35,36に,底部及び先端部の溶着沈み量が規定値に達したとき,互いに当接して該規定値を保持する溶着規制部45,46を設けた。

- 制御基体(5)にバルブガイド孔(7)と,このバルブガイド孔(7)の内側面に開口し,前記バルブガイド孔(7)を通して流体が通過する計量孔(10)とを形成し,前記バルブガイド孔(7)には,前記計量孔(10)を開閉する制御バルブ(12)を嵌装し,この制御バルブ(12)に,これを開閉駆動すべくアクチュエータ(20)の出力軸(20b)を連結し,前記アクチュエータ(20)のステータ(20a)を,前記制御基体(5)に前記バルブガイド孔(7)に連なるように設けられる取り付け孔(19)に嵌装してなる流量制御装置において,
制御基体(5)に前記取り付け孔(19)の軸方向と直交する方向に延びる合成樹脂製の第1接合フランジ(35)を設ける一方,アクチュエータ(20)のステータ(20a)に前記第1接合フランジ(35)と対向する合成樹脂製の第2接合フランジ(36)を設け,前記第1及び第2接合フランジ(35,36)の対向面の一方には溶着凹部(39)を,またその他方には,前記溶着凹部(39)に挿入される溶着凸部(40)をそれぞれ設け,前記溶着凹部(39)の底部と,前記溶着凸部(40)の先端部との間に,それら底部及び先端部の周辺を相互に溶着させる電熱線(44)を配設し,前記第1及び第2接合フランジ(35,36)に,前記底部及び先端部の溶着沈み量が規定値に達したとき,互いに当接して該規定値を保持する溶着規制部(45,46)を設けたことを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において,
前記取り付け孔(19)及びバルブガイド孔(7)間に,前記ステータ(20a)の端面に対向する段部(18)が形成されており,この段部と前記ステータ(20a)の端面との間にシール部材(21)を介装し,このシール部材(21)が前記第1及び第2フランジ(35,36)の溶着時,前記段部(18)及びステータ(20a)により挟圧されるようにしたことを特徴とする流量制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の流量制御装置において,
前記溶着凹部(39)及び溶着凸部(40)を,これらが前記ステータ(20a)及び取り付け孔(19)を囲繞するよう,環状に形成したことを特徴とする流量制御装置。
