Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリケース1は、バッテリモジュール2を収容するケース本体3と、ケース本体3の開口を覆い塞ぐカバー4とを備えている。ケース本体3の外側面には、ケース本体3を補強するためのリーンフォース5がスポット溶接により取り付けられている。リーンフォース5の各溶接点間には、ケース本体3との隙間6が部分的に形成されている。ケース本体3の一側壁には、ケース本体3内からリーンフォース5内に気体を流し込むための気体流通孔7が形成されている。隙間6は、リーンフォース5内に流入された気体を外部に排出するための気体排出口8を形成している。また、バッテリケース1は、バッテリモジュール2の排気口2aと気体流通孔7とを繋ぐ排気ダクト9を備えている。

Claims (5)
- 車両の床下に設置されるバッテリケースにおいて、
バッテリモジュールを収容するケース本体と、
前記ケース本体の開口を覆い塞ぐカバーとを備え、
前記ケース本体の外面には、前記ケース本体を補強するための補強部材が取り付けられ、
前記ケース本体には、前記ケース本体内から前記補強部材内に気体を流し込むための気体流通孔が設けられており、
前記補強部材には、前記補強部材内に流入された気体を排出するための気体排出口が設けられていることを特徴とするバッテリケース。 - 前記バッテリモジュールには、前記バッテリモジュール内で発生したガスを排気するための排気口が設けられていると共に、前記排気口と連通する排気ダクトが取り付けられており、
前記排気ダクトは、前記気体流通孔と繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリケース。 - 前記排気ダクトは、前記カバーまで持ち上がった状態で前記気体流通孔と繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のバッテリケース。
- 前記ケース本体または前記カバーには、前記ケース本体内に冷却空気を導入するための空気導入部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリケース。
- 前記補強部材は、複数のスポット溶接により前記ケース本体の外面に取り付けられており、
前記補強部材の各溶接点間には、前記ケース本体との隙間が形成されており、
前記隙間は、前記気体排出口を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載のバッテリケース。
