Abstract
【解決手段】リニアアクチュエータの改良は、ドライバ1、ドライブロッド部材2、ドライバおよびドライブロッド部材間を連動させる機構運動変換部材3と、ハウジング4を含む。ハウジングはドライバ、ドライブロッド部材、および機構運動変換部材を覆う以外に、ハウジングは下部部品40および上部部品41を含み、下部部品は順番にドライバが装着される第1収容部400、機構運動変換部材が装着される第2収容部401、およびドライブロッド部材が装着される第3収容部402を含む。上部部品は第1、2収容部上に覆設され、第1、2および3収容部は一体成型される。

Claims (18)
- ドライバ(1)と、
ドライブロッド部材(2)と、
該ドライバ(1)および該ドライブロッド部材(2)間を連動させる機構運動変換部材(3)と、
該ドライバ(1)、該ドライブロッド部材(2)、および該機構運動変換部材(3)を覆う以外に、下部部品(40)および上部部品(41)を含み、該下部部品(40)が、順番に該ドライバ(1)が装着される第1収容部(400)、該機構運動変換部材(3)が装着される第2収容部(401)、および該ドライブロッド部材(2)が装着される第3収容部(402)を含み、該上部部品(41)が該第1、2収容部(400)、(401)上に覆設され、該第1、2および3収容部(400)、(401)、(402)が一体成型されるハウジング(4)と、
を含むリニアアクチュエータの改良。 - 該ドライバ(1)がモータである、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ドライブロッド部材(2)がスクリュである、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該機構運動変換部材(3)がウォーム(30)およびウォームギヤ(31)で構成される、請求項3に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ハウジング(4)が、該第3収容部(402)上に覆設されるカバー(42)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ドライブロッド部材(2)が、さらにドライブ部品(20)を直線作動させる、請求項1または請求項3に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ドライブ部品(20)に溝レール(200)が設けられ、該カバー(42)を該溝レール(200)に滑合させる、請求項6に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該カバー(42)および該第3収容部(402)の間に、該ドライブ部品(20)を直線移動させるガイドスペース(420)が形成され、該ドライブ部品(20)が該ガイドスペース(420)に適合するスライド部(201)を有する、請求項5に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該第3収容部(402)の外側に、その長手方向に沿って延伸するガイドレール(403)が設けられ、該ドライブ部品(20)の下側に設けられる嵌込溝(202)が嵌め込まれる、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 前記溝レール(200)があり溝または「U」字型の溝である、請求項7に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ハウジング(4)の下部部品(40)が「L」字型を構成する、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該第3収容部(402)の末端にさらに固定台(43)が設けられる、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ハウジング(4)が可撓性材質で製造される、請求項1または請求項5に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 前記可撓性材質がプラスチックである、請求項13に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ドライバ(1)がケースレスのモータであり、該上部部品(41)および該第1収容部(400)が直接該ドライバ(1)に当接する、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該ドライバ(1)が固定子(10)および回転子(11)で構成され、該回転子(11)が回転子回転軸(110)を有し、該上部部品(41)の内壁に間隔を開けて配列した複数の上リブ(410)が突設され、該第1収容部(400)の内壁にも間隔を開けて配列した複数の下リブ(4001)が突設され、前記上、下リブ(410)、(4001)が該固定子(10)に当接する、請求項15に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該上部部品(41)の後側内部に陥入した上軸受(411)が形成され、該第1収容部(400)の後側内部に陥入した下軸受(4002)が形成され、前記上、下軸受(411)、(4002)内に該回転子回転軸(110)の末端が軸受される、請求項16に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
- 該上部部品(41)の前側内部に上軸台(412)が形成され、該第1収容部(400)の前側内部に下軸台(4003)が形成され、前記上、下軸台(412)、(4003)に該回転子回転軸(110)の前端が枢設される、請求項16または請求項17に記載のリニアアクチュエータの改良。
