Abstract
【解決手段】固化材と、混和材料としての微粉末と、コンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄排水を砂および砂利と分離して得られたスラッジ水とを含む工事用充填材。図2は、山10の斜面12から僅かに離れた建造物14が建設された状態を示す。充填材18は、斜面12と建造物との間までポンプ車20で圧送する。ポンプ車を、建造物の近傍の適当な位置に停車させ、吐出口から斜面と建造物との間まで配管22を敷設し、ポンプを作動させることにより充填材を搬送する。

Description
微細骨材としてコンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄に伴って発生するスラッジ水を濃縮した
濃縮スラッジ水を配合したものである。
[第1の実施態様]
本実施の形態例の工事用充填材は、固化材と、混和材料としての微粉末と、コンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄排水を砂および砂利と分離して得られたスラッジ水とを混練することで得られる。
前記砂利回収用の振動ふるいの下に落ちた水分をポンプによりサイクロンに供給して分級した後、さらに振動ふるい(砂利を分級したときよりも目の細かい物)により砂を回収する。
[実施例1]
本実施例では、本発明の工事用充填材に含まれる固化材、混和材料としての微粉末と、コンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄排水を砂および砂利と分離して得られたスラッジ水、さらに砂との混合比率を変化させ、フロー値、ブリーディング率、外観、圧縮強度について評価を行った。
[実施例2]
本実施例では、砂と混和材料としての微粉末の含有比率を変化させた場合の工事用充填材量の特性変化について検討を行った。
[実施例3]
本実施例では、混和材の微粉末として、スラッジ水を製造する際に得られた脱水ケーキにかえて、フライアッシュ微粉末(密度2.25g/cm3、比表面積4150cm2/g)、高炉スラグ微粉末(密度2.89g/cm3、比表面積4170cm2/g)、電気炉スラグ微粉末(密度3.10g/cm3)、汚泥・ごみ焼却灰(密度2.67g/cm3)をそれぞれ用いて検討を行った。
(a)混練した工事用充填材10gを、該工事用充填材の体積に対して10倍の純水(室温)中に入れ、振とう機で6時間振とうした。
(b)振とうした後、ろ過して工事用充填材と溶出液(抽出液)とに分離した
(c)溶出液25mlに六価クロム用の水質測定用試薬セット(株式会社共立理化学研究所製 型式:LR−Cr6+)を添加した後、塩化ナトリウムを添加、混合した。
(d)固相前処理カラム(固相充填カラム)(株式会社 日立ハイテクノロジーズ製 型式:NOBIAS RP−OD1E)を用いて12.5倍に濃縮処理を行った。
(e)(d)工程で得られた溶液について吸光光度法(株式会社共立理化学研究所製のデジタルパックテスト(登録商標)を用いて測定を行った)により六価クロム濃度を測定した。
[実施例5]
本実施例においては、実施例3の試料の一部について、六価クロム低減材を添加して、六価クロム溶出量の低減効果について検討を行った。
Claims (5)
- 固化材と、
混和材料としての微粉末と、
コンクリート取り扱い設備の洗浄排水を砂および砂利と分離して得られたスラッジ水とを含む工事用充填材。 - 前記スラッジ水は固形分濃度が10質量%未満である請求項1に記載の工事用充填材。
- 前記微粉末が、スラッジ水を脱水機にかけて得られた脱水ケーキ、フライアッシュ微粉末、高炉スラグ微粉末、電気炉スラグ微粉末、ごみ焼却灰、汚泥焼却灰から選択された少なくとも1種である請求項1または2に記載の工事用充填材。
- 材齢28日における圧縮強度が3.5N/mm2以下である請求項1乃至3いずれか一項に記載の工事用充填材。
- 六価クロム低減材をさらに含む請求項1乃至4いずれか一項に記載の工事用充填材。
