「流動化処理土利用技術マニュアル」建設省土木研究所(平成9年12月)
第3には、改良土の含水率を15〜25%の範囲内とすることを特徴とする流動化処理土の製造方法を提供する。
Claims (5)
- 含水率30〜70%の範囲の脱水ケーキにその重量100部に対し0.5〜20部の範囲の固化剤のセメントと5〜30部の範囲の添加剤としての生石灰とを加え、ミキシングし、粒の大きさの範囲を10mm以下に造粒して含水率10〜30%の範囲の改良土とし、この改良土に水、セメントを加えて、ミキシングし、流動化処理土とするに際し、流動化処理土製造1m 3 当たり水・セメント比65〜480%の範囲で、セメントが75〜480kgの割合となるように加えてミキシングすることを特徴とする流動化処理土の製造方法。
- 固化剤セメントを4〜8部、添加剤生石灰を8〜18部の範囲内で加えて改良土とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動化処理土の製造方法。
- 改良土の含水率を15〜25%の範囲内とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流動化処理土の製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、改良土に水、セメントとともに、混和剤を加えて、ミキシングし、流動化処理土とすることを特徴とする流動化処理土の製造方法。
- 請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、改良土に水、セメントとともに、混和剤と細骨材を加えて、ミキシングし、流動化処理土とすることを特徴とする流動化処理土の製造方法。
