Abstract
【解決手段】内燃エンジンの排気管(105)から部分的排気流を抽出する装置は、前記排気管(105)に開口している部分的排気管(106)を備えており、前記部分的排気管の吸気部は、実質的に前記排気ガス流に向かい合って配置されており、それによって、前記排気流の動圧を利用している間、前記部分的排気流は前記部分的排気管(106)の前記吸気部に流入することができる。前記装置は、前記内燃エンジンの流れ制御部材(101、104)のすぐ近くに配置されている。前記部分的排気流の抽出を最適化するため、部分的排気管(106)内にバルブが設けられている。

Claims (13)
- 排気管に開口している部分的排気管を備えている内燃エンジンの前記排気管から、部分的排気ガス流を抽出する装置であって、
前記内燃エンジンはバルブヘッド及びバルブ軸を備える放出バルブを有し、
前記部分的排気管の吸気部は実質的に前記排気ガス流に向かい合っており、それによって、前記排気流の動圧を利用している間、前記部分的排気ガス流は前記部分的排気管の前記吸気部に流入することができ、
前記部分的排気管の吸気部は、前記内燃エンジンの前記放出バルブの流れ方向におけるすぐ下流に配置され、
前記吸気部において前記部分的排気管の内部輪郭線が、ディフューザーを形成し、
前記部分的排気管は、前記部分的排気管に配置されたバルブシートと、前記バルブ軸の動きに独立して移動可能になるように前記バルブ軸に取付けられたバルブ要素と、を有する、流れ制御手段を備え、前記流れ制御手段によって、前記部分的排気管は、閉鎖されることができ、
前記装置は、前記部分的排気ガス流の圧力の動的な増加が、前記部分的排気管の時間調整された開放を通じて実現できる、
装置。 - 前記吸気部は、前記排気管の断面部内に配置されており、前記内燃エンジンの少なくとも予め決められた作動範囲においては、前記吸気部内の前記部分的断面によって平均化された前記排気流の流速は、前記排気管内の前記全断面によって平均化された前記全体的な排気流の流速よりも高く、及び/又は前記排気管の前記全断面に関連して、前記吸気部内の流速の最高値は、前記内燃エンジンの少なくとも予め決められた作動範囲内において前記放出バルブを開口する手順の過程で生じる、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記放出バルブは、ポペットバルブとして形成され、
前記バルブ軸は、前記部分的排気管の前記吸気部によって囲まれる、
請求項1又は2に記載の装置。 - 前記部分的排気管、及び/又は前記部分的排気管の前記吸気部は、前記排気管に対して同軸に配置される、
請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記部分的排気管は、前記吸気部内のピトー管として形成される、
請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記部分的排気管内の流れは、前記排気管内の流れ特性、及び/又は前記内燃エンジンの作動条件に応じて、前記流れ制御手段によって制御される、
請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記流れ制御手段は、前記放出バルブの作動と同期して作動され得る、
請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - カム機構として形成された絞りバルブ作動装置によって調整可能な絞りバルブが、前記排気管内の逆圧を調整するために前記排気管内に設けられる、
請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記絞りバルブ作動装置、及び前記流れ制御手段に設けられた作動装置は、力学的に連結されていることを特徴とする、
請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記流れ制御手段は、前記内燃エンジンの事前に決定された作動状態において閉じられた状態に維持される、
請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 逆止バルブが、前記部分的排気管の前記吸気部への逆流を防止するために前記部分的排気管内に設けられる、
請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1乃至11の何れか一項に記載の装置を備えている内燃エンジンであって、
前記装置の部分的排気管が、前記内燃エンジンの少なくとも一つの燃焼室と、直接的又は間接的に連通した排気再循環管を構成する、
内燃エンジン。 - 前記内燃エンジンは、空気清浄送風機を含み、及び/又はターボ過給機によってターボ過給する2ストロークディーゼルエンジン、又はターボ過給機によってターボ過給することを含んでいる4ストロークエンジンである、
請求項12に記載の内燃エンジン。
