Claims (7)
- ハウジング(2)とロータアセンブリ(4)とを有する内燃機関用ターボチャージャであって、
前記ハウジング(2)はガスが貫流可能な排ガス導入セクション(3)を備え、前記ロータアセンブリ(4)はタービンホイール(5)と、回転軸(7)を有し該タービンホイール(5)と共に回転するように接続されるシャフト(6)とを備え、
前記タービンホイール(5)は前記排ガス導入セクション(3)内に回転可能に支承され、排ガスが当たるように形成されており、
前記排ガス導入セクション(3)内に前記タービンホイール(5)への排ガスの当たりを変化させるための配向装置(14)が配置され、該配向装置(14)は前記回転軸(7)の方向へ調整可能なアキシャルスライダ(16)を備え、調節フォーク(20)を具備する調節装置(19)が該配向装置(14)に接続されている、ターボチャージャにおいて、
前記回転軸(7)の方向に伸びる案内要素(22)を備え、前記調節フォーク(20)が該案内要素(22)に沿って平進して動くことが可能に形成され、該案内要素(22)は前記調節フォーク(20)の開口部(26)内に配置され、該開口部(26)は前記調節フォーク(20)の案内セクション(21)内に配置されていることを特徴とするターボチャージャ。 - 前記調節フォーク(20)と前記案内要素(22)の間に長さ(L)を持つ接点が形成されており、前記案内要素(22)は有効な直径(D)を有し、前記長さ(L)と前記有効な直径(D)が成す比(L/D)が2よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記案内要素(22)が、前記タービンホイール(5)と反対の方に向いた側が成形シェル(17)内に、および前記タービンホイール(5)の方に向いた側が排ガス導入セクション(3)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記案内要素(22)および前記開口部(26)が円筒形状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記調節フォーク(20)および前記アキシャルスライダ(16)が第1の物理的接点および第2の物理的接点を有し、前記第1の物理的接点および前記第2の物理的接点が前記案内要素(22)の案内軸(27)に対して対称に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 軸方向の滑り移動を開始する動きを前記案内セクション(21)の平進運動に変換するため、第2の切り欠き部(28)を備え、該第2の切り欠き部(28)内に調節レバー(23)のレバー端部(31)が噛み合うように配置され、該レバー端部(31)の助けによって軸方向の滑り移動が開始可能になることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記レバー端部(31)が滑りローラの形を形成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のターボチャージャ。
