Claims (8)
- ハウジング(14)及び回転部品(18)を有する排気ガスターボチャージャにおいて、前記ハウジング(14)は排気ガスが貫流可能な排気ガス導入部(15)を有し、前記回転部品(18)はタービンホイール(20)と該タービンホイール(20)に共回転するように接続されているシャフト(21)を有し、前記タービンホイール(20)は前記排気ガス導入部(15)において回転可能に支持されており、該タービンホイール(20)は、排気ガスによって作動可能に構成され、前記排気ガス導入部(15)には、前記排気ガスによる前記タービンホイール(20)の作動を変更するためのガイド装置(29)が配置されており、該ガイド装置(29)は、ガイドグリルリング(30)と軸方向スライダ(31)を有し、前記ガイドグリルリング(30)は、固定支持のためのキャリア(37)と、その基部が該キャリア(37)と接続され、且つ該キャリア(37)から軸方向に延びる前記排気ガスが貫流可能な案内羽根(36)とを有し、前記軸方向スライダ(31)が、前記案内羽根(36)を収容するように構成されている、内燃機関の排気ガスターボチャージャであって、
前記ガイドグリルリング(30)は、前記軸方向スライダ(31)が前記キャリア(37)の端部に接続される前記案内羽根(36)の基部のところから前記案内羽根(36)を覆って収容することを開始することができるように、配置されていることを特徴とする、排気ガスターボチャージャ。 - 前記キャリア(37)が、回転軸(22)を中心に前記ガイド装置(29)の輪郭スリーブ(32)の上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記輪郭スリーブ(32)が、センタリング装置(39)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- センタリング装置が、前記ガイドグリルリング(30)と前記輪郭スリーブ(32)との間にセンタリングのために配置され、該センタリングが摩擦結合又は係合結合によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記センタリング装置が、剛性を有することを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ガイドグリルリング(30)が、プリテンション装置(41)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記プリテンション装置(41)が、前記ガイドグリルリング(30)の、前記輪郭スリーブ(32)に対向して配置されている一方の端部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記プリテンション装置(41)が、カップスプリングとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
