Abstract
【背景技術】
【構成】円筒状部を有するヨークAと、前記円筒状部2に金属接合された接合側軸端部31を有するシャフト3と、前記ヨークAの円筒状部2と前記シャフト3の接合側軸端部31との接合箇所の周方向全体を被覆する合成樹脂被覆部4とからなること。前記円筒状部2に形成されたヨーク通し孔部23と、前記シャフト3の接合側軸端部31に形成されたシャフト通し孔部33には前記合成樹脂被覆部4の一部が充填固化されること。

Claims (7)
- 円筒状部を有するヨークと、前記円筒状部に金属接合された接合側軸端部を有するシャフトと、前記ヨークの円筒状部と前記シャフトの接合側軸端部との接合箇所の周方向全体を被覆する合成樹脂被覆部とからなり、前記円筒状部に形成されたヨーク通し孔部と、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部に形成されたシャフト通し孔部には前記合成樹脂被覆部の一部が充填固化されてなる構成としてなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合構造。
- 請求項1において、前記円筒状部には、円筒形状の空隙として形成された接合凹部が形成され、該接合凹部には前記シャフトの接合側軸端部が挿入され、且つ前記シャフトの接合側軸端部に形成されたシャフト通し孔部とヨーク通し孔部とは同一直径中心線に一致する構成としてなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合構造。
- 請求項1において、前記円筒状部外径と、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部とは同一直径とし、突合せにて金属接合され、前記円筒状部に形成されたヨーク通し孔部と、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部に形成されたシャフト通し孔部には前記合成樹脂被覆部の一部が充填固化される構成としてなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合構造。
- 請求項1,2又は3のいずれか1項の記載において、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部には周方向に沿って溝部が形成され、前記合成樹脂被覆部の一部は前記溝部に充填固化されてなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合構造。
- 軸方向一端側に接合凹部が形成された円筒状部を有するヨークと、前記円筒状部の接合凹部に充填される接合側軸端部を有するシャフトとからなり、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部を前記接合凹部に挿入すると共に、前記接合側軸端部と前記接合凹部とを金属接合し、前記円筒状部と前記接合側軸端部とを一直線状に貫通する通し孔を穿孔し、金型を介して前記通し孔に樹脂を充填すると共に、前記円筒状部と前記接合側軸端部の接合箇所の周方向全体に合成樹脂被覆部を形成してなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合方法。
- 請求項5において、前記円筒状部の軸方向他端側に前記接合凹部と連通すると共に該接合凹部の内径よりも小さい内径を有し且つ同一直径中心線上となる貫通孔が形成され、該接合凹部内に到達するように中子を挿入した後、金型を介して前記通し孔に樹脂を充填すると共に前記円筒状部と前記接合側軸端部の接合箇所の周方向全体に合成樹脂被覆部を形成し、前記中子を前記貫通孔より取り外してなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトの接合方法。
- 請求項5又は6において、前記シャフトの接合側軸端部には周方向に沿って溝部が形成され、前記合成樹脂被覆部の一部は前記溝部に充填されてなることを特徴とするヨークとシャフトのヨークとシャフトの接合方法。
