Abstract
【解決手段】軸受機構(1)は、ポリマー被膜(4)を有する滑り軸受(3)を少なくとも1つ備えている。軸受機構(1)は、カムシャフト(2)を支持している。カムシャフト(2)には、ポリマー被膜(4)が設けられている。あるいは、軸受リング(5)には、ポリマー被膜(4)が設けられ、軸受リング(5)又は軸受リング(5)を収容するシリンダヘッド(7)には、油を回収するための油受け部(6)が設けられている。

Claims (9)
- ポリマー被膜(4)を有する滑り軸受(3)を少なくとも1つ備えた軸受機構(1)であって、
前記軸受機構(1)は、カムシャフト(2)を支持しており、
前記ポリマー被膜(4)は、前記カムシャフト(2)又は軸受リング(5)に設けられ、
前記軸受リング(5)に前記ポリマー被膜(4)が設けられている場合には、該軸受リング(5)又は該軸受リング(5)を収容するシリンダヘッド(7)に、油を回収するための油受け部(6)が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1において、
前記シリンダヘッド(7)には、前記ポリマー被膜(4)と滑り接触している支持部(10)に開口する給油路(8)が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1において、
前記軸受リング(5)における前記シリンダヘッド(7)側の面には、該シリンダヘッド(7)に形成された凹部(14)に係合することで、該シリンダヘッド(7)に対して該軸受リング(5)を位置決めする位置決め部(13)が少なくとも1つ設けられていることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1又は3において、
前記軸受リング(5)は、板金部材で形成されていることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1乃至4のうち何れか1つにおいて、
前記ポリマー被膜(4)は、油膜形成及び油搬送のための構造(12)を有していることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1乃至5のうち何れか1つにおいて、
前記ポリマー被膜(4)は、ポリイミド、アクリレート、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)又はエポキシ樹脂を含んでいることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項6において、
前記ポリマー被膜(4)は、金属粒子及びポリテトラフルオロエチレン粒子の少なくとも一方を、質量パーセント濃度で1〜15%含んでいることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1乃至7のうち何れか1つにおいて、
前記カムシャフト(2)には、前記ポリマー被膜(4)を有する少なくとも1つの前記滑り軸受(3)に対応して直径が拡大された膨出軸受部(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする軸受機構。 - 請求項1乃至8のうち何れか1つに記載の軸受機構(1)を備える内燃機関(9)。
