Claims (10)
- 特に高性能内燃機関に使用されるブッシング(10)であって、
支持面(11)とスライド面(12)の2つの構成部を備えており、
前記ブッシングの断面において、前記スライド面が凸形状を備え、該凸形状が前記スライド面の周方向中心(P)からずれている
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
バイメタルブッシングである
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
トリメタルブッシングである
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記凸形状は、前記ブッシングの断面において円弧形状である
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記凸形状は、前記ブッシングの断面において台形状である
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記スライド面(12)の周方向中心(P)から凸形状の位置までのずれは、
10°以上25°以下であり、
限定的には14°以上18°以下であり、
より限定的にはおよそ16°である
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記スライド面(12)の周方向中心(P)から凸形状の位置までのずれは、
25°以上55°以下であり、
限定的には30°以上50°以下であり、
より限定的には35°以上45°以下である
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記凸形状の高さ(h)は2μm以上20μm以下であり、
限定的には3μm以上15μm以下であり、
より限定的にはおよそ10μmである
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1において、
前記凸形状の角度範囲(γ)は、0°以上90°以下であり、
限定的には20°以上70°以下であり、
より限定的にはおよそ60°である
ことを特徴とするブッシング。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載されたブッシングの少なくとも1つと、
少なくとも1つのベアリングと、コネクティングロッドとを備える
ことを特徴とする内燃機関。
