Abstract

Claims (16)
- 基板と、
前記基板の両面にそれぞれ形成される第1のコイルストランド、第2のコイルストランドを含むコイルパターンと
を含み、
前記基板の一方の面に形成される前記第1のコイルストランドは前記基板の他方の面を経由して旋回する少なくとも一つの旋回経路を含む、薄膜コイル。 - 前記旋回経路は、前記基板の他方の面に形成される前記第2のコイルストランドを部分的に共有する、請求項1に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記旋回経路は、旋回用ビアを介して前記第1のコイルストランドが前記第2のコイルストランドと連結されて形成される、請求項2に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 少なくとも一つの前記旋回経路は、
前記第1のコイルストランドと前記第2のコイルストランドとを電気的に連結する二つの旋回用ビアと、
前記第2のコイルストランドのうち前記二つの旋回用ビアの間に配置される共有区間と
を含んで構成される、請求項2または3に記載の薄膜コイル。 - 前記コイルパターンの外側に配置され、前記コイルパターンの両端がそれぞれ電気的に連結される二つの接触パッドをさらに含む、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記第1のコイルストランドは、前記基板の一方の面のうち前記旋回経路に対応する部分を介して一端が前記接触パッドと電気的に連結される、請求項5に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記第1のコイルストランドと前記第2のコイルストランドは相互に並列に連結される、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記第2のコイルストランドは、両端にそれぞれ導電性の連結ビアが配置され、前記連結ビアによって前記第1のコイルストランドと電気的に連結される、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記第1のコイルストランドと前記第2のコイルストランドは、前記基板の両面において垂直方向に対応する位置に配置される、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 基板と、
前記基板の両面にそれぞれ形成される第1のコイルストランド、第2のコイルストランドを含むコイルパターンと、
前記コイルパターンの外側に配置され前記コイルパターンの両端がそれぞれ電気的に連結される二つの接触パッドと
を含み、
前記基板の一方の面に形成される前記第1のコイルストランドは、螺旋状パターンと、前記螺旋状パターンの内部に配置される一端から前記螺旋状パターンを横切るように配置されて前記接触パッドと電気的に連結される引出パターンと、を含む、薄膜コイル。 - 前記第1のコイルストランドの前記螺旋状パターンは、前記引出パターンが配置される部分が前記基板の他方の面を経由して前記引出パターンを中心に旋回する、請求項10に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 前記第1のコイルは、前記旋回する部分が前記基板の他方の面に形成される第2のコイルストランドを部分的に共有する、請求項11に記載の薄膜コイル。
- 基板の両面にそれぞれ第1のコイルストランド、第2のコイルストランドが並列に連結されるように配置され、前記基板の一方の面に形成される前記第1のコイルストランドは前記基板の他方の面を経由して旋回する少なくとも一つの旋回経路を含む薄膜コイルを備える無接点電力伝送装置と、
内部に前記無接点電力伝送装置を収容するケースと
を含む、電子機器。 - 前記無接点電力伝送装置は、前記ケースの内部面に直接付着される又は前記ケースの内部面と近接して配置される、請求項13に記載の電子機器。
- 前記無接点電力伝送装置で発生する電力を貯蔵するバッテリーをさらに含む、請求項13または14に記載の電子機器。
- 外部から供給される交流電源を特定周波数の交流電圧に変換して前記無接点電力伝送装置に提供する電圧変換部をさらに含む、請求項13から15の何れか1項に記載の電子機器。
