Abstract
【解決手段】放電制御システムは、コンデンサの電荷を放電する放電指令及びその放電を中止する放電中止指令を発する指令部と、指令部に対して電力供給を行う第1の電源と、指令部と通信線を介して接続され、指令部からの放電指令に従って電荷を放電させると共に、指令部からの放電中止指令に従って電荷の放電を中止させる放電回路部と、を備える。そして、第1の電源の状態を監視し、放電回路部が電荷の放電を開始させた後、その監視結果に基づいて、放電回路部が指令部から放電中止指令を受けた場合に電荷の放電を中止させるか否かの切り替えを行う。

Claims (8)
- コンデンサに蓄積されている電荷を放電する放電指令及び該放電を中止する放電中止指令を発する指令部と、
前記指令部に対して電力供給を行う第1の電源と、
前記指令部と通信線を介して接続され、前記指令部からの前記放電指令に従って前記電荷を放電させると共に、前記指令部からの前記放電中止指令に従って前記電荷の放電を中止させる放電回路部と、
前記第1の電源の状態を監視する第1の電源監視手段と、
前記放電回路部が前記電荷の放電を開始させた後、前記第1の電源監視手段による監視結果に基づいて、前記放電回路部が前記指令部から前記放電中止指令を受けた場合に前記電荷の放電を中止させるか否かの切り替えを行う放電中止制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする放電制御システム。 - 前記放電中止制御手段は、前記放電回路部が前記電荷の放電を開始させた後、前記第1の電源監視手段による前記第1の電源の状態が正常である場合は、前記放電中止指令に基づく前記電荷の放電中止を実行させ、一方、前記第1の電源監視手段による前記第1の電源の状態が異常である場合は、前記放電中止指令に基づく前記電荷の放電中止を実行させないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の放電制御システム。
- 前記放電回路部に対して電力供給を行う第2の電源は、前記第1の電源と、該第1の電源とは別の、前記コンデンサに蓄積されている電荷を用いて生成されるバックアップ電源と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の放電制御システム。
- 前記第1の電源監視手段による監視結果に基づいて、前記放電回路部に対して電力供給を行う電源を前記第1の電源と前記バックアップ電源とで切り替える第2の電源切替手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項3記載の放電制御システム。
- 前記第1の電源監視手段及び前記放電中止制御手段は、前記放電回路部内に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載の放電制御システム。
- コンデンサに蓄積されている電荷を放電する放電指令及び該放電を中止する放電中止指令を発する指令部と通信線を介して接続され、前記指令部からの前記放電指令に従って前記電荷を放電させると共に、前記指令部からの前記放電中止指令に従って前記電荷の放電を中止させる放電装置であって、
前記指令部に対して電力供給を行う第1の電源の状態を監視する第1の電源監視手段と、
前記指令部からの前記放電指令に従って前記電荷の放電が開始された後、前記第1の電源監視手段による監視結果に基づいて、前記指令部からの前記放電中止指令が受信される場合に前記電荷の放電を中止させるか否かの切り替えを行う放電中止制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする放電装置。 - 前記放電中止制御手段は、前記指令部からの前記放電指令に従って前記電荷の放電が開始された後、前記第1の電源監視手段による前記第1の電源の状態が正常である場合は、前記放電中止指令に基づく前記電荷の放電中止を実行させ、一方、前記第1の電源監視手段による前記第1の電源の状態が異常である場合は、前記放電中止指令に基づく前記電荷の放電中止を実行させないことを特徴とする請求項6記載の放電装置。
- 前記第1の電源監視手段による監視結果に基づいて、電力供給を受ける電源を、前記第1の電源と、該第1の電源とは別の、前記コンデンサに蓄積されている電荷を用いて生成されるバックアップ電源と、で切り替える第2の電源切替手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の放電装置。
