Abstract
【解決手段】自転車の中空部材内に挿通される自転車用ケーブルであって、
ケーブル本体2を2枚の熱融着層を有するプラスチックテープ3,3で挟み込み、熱融着によりそれらの2枚のプラスチックテープ3,3同士を貼り合わせることにより、ケーブル本体2の両側に長さ方向に延びる1対の羽状部4,4を設ける。

Description
また、本発明によれば、そのような消音効果に優れた自転車用ケーブルを安定して製造することができる。

上記式中、D1は第1の被覆25の外径、d1およびd2はそれぞれ第1の絶縁心線23aと第2の絶縁心線23bの外径である。
直径0.08mmの錫めっき軟銅線30本を約10mmピッチで右撚りに集合撚りして、外径約0.5mmの撚線導体を得た。
線速:0.8m/sec
加熱ローラ温度:175℃
ポリエステルテープ張力:5N
使用するポリエステルテープを表1に示す幅、厚みを有するものに変えた以外は実施例1と同様にして、両側に一対の羽状部を有する自転車用ケーブルを製造した。
Claims (6)
- 自転車の中空部材内に挿通される自転車用ケーブルであって、
ケーブル本体を2枚の熱融着層を有するプラスチックテープで挟み込み、熱融着によりそれらの2枚のプラスチックテープ同士を貼り合わせることにより、前記ケーブル本体の両側に長さ方向に延びる1対の羽状部を設けたことを特徴とする自転車用ケーブル。 - 前記中空部材は、自転車のフレームおよび/またはハンドルバーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自転車用ケーブル。
- 前記1対の羽状部の各幅は前記ケーブル本体の外径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の自転車用ケーブル。
- 前記1対の羽状部の各幅は前記ケーブル本体の外径の1.4倍以上7.0倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の自転車用ケーブル。
- 前記1対の羽状部の厚みは、25μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の自転車用ケーブル。
- 自転車の中空部材内に挿通される自転車用ケーブルの製造方法であって、
ケーブル本体の両側に2枚の熱融着層を有するプラスチックテープを添わせつつ、加熱ローラに挿通させて、前記プラスチックテープ同士を一体に熱融着させて、前記ケーブル本体の両側に長さ方向に延びる1対の羽状部を設けることを特徴とする自転車用ケーブルの製造方法。
