Abstract
【解決手段】断熱材110と、前記断熱材110の近傍に配置された円筒状の支持体120と、前記支持体120の外周側に螺旋状に複数回巻付けして形成したヒータエレメント130と、前記ヒータエレメント130の、前記支持体120の軸方向への移動を防止する、移動防止部材140と、を有するヒータ装置。

Description
前記断熱材の近傍に配置された円筒状の支持体と、
前記支持体の外周側に螺旋状に複数回巻付けして形成したヒータエレメントと、
前記ヒータエレメントの、前記支持体の軸方向への移動を防止する、移動防止部材と、
を有するヒータ装置。
先ず、本実施形態のヒータ装置の基本構成について説明する。図1に、本実施形態のヒータ装置の一例の概略構成図を示す。具体的には、図1(a)に、本実施形態のヒータ装置の正面概略図を示し、図1(b)に、側面概略図を示し、図1(c)に、斜視概略図を示す。
図2に、ヒータエレメントの移動を説明するための概略図を示す。より具体的には、図2は、昇降温を繰り返した後のヒータ装置100のヒータエレメント130の配置例を示す。
図4に、第1の実施形態のヒータ装置100の概略図の一例を示す。
図5(a)〜図5(d)に、第2の実施形態のヒータ装置100の概略構成図の一例を示す。
支持体120の外周の少なくとも一部に接触固定された構成を有する。また、第2の実施形態の移動防止部材140の一部は、支持体120の軸方向に隣り合うヒータエレメント130の間に形成されており、この移動防止部材140を介して、ヒータエレメント130の軸方向の移動を防止することができる。
図6(a)及び図6(b)に、第3の実施形態のヒータ装置100の概略構成図の一例を示す。
図7(a)の左図に、第4の実施形態のヒータ装置100の概略構成図の一例を、図7(a)の右図に、図7(a)の左図を支持体120の軸方向から見た概略図を示す。また、図7(c)に、第4の実施形態のヒータ装置100の他の例の、支持体の軸方向から見た概略図を示す。

Claims (10)
- 断熱材と、
前記断熱材の近傍に配置された円筒状の支持体と、
前記支持体の外周側に螺旋状に複数回巻付けして形成したヒータエレメントと、
前記ヒータエレメントの、前記支持体の軸方向への移動を防止する、移動防止部材と、
を有するヒータ装置。 - 前記移動防止部材は、U字形のピン状部材を有し、
前記U字形のピン状部材の2つの端部は前記断熱材に固定され、前記ピン状部材と前記断熱材で囲まれる領域内に前記支持体が配置される、
請求項1に記載のヒータ装置。 - 前記移動防止部材は、前記支持体の外周の少なくとも一部に接触固定され、
前記移動防止部材が、前記支持体の軸方向に隣り合う前記ヒータエレメントの間に形成されている、
請求項1に記載のヒータ装置。 - 前記移動防止部材は、前記支持体の外周全域に亘って形成され、前記軸方向から見た外周形状が円形である、
