Abstract
【解決手段】無機絶縁物2と、扁平状の軟磁性金属である磁性扁平粒子1及び磁性扁平小片3を備え、前記無機絶縁物2は前記磁性扁平粒子1の一部を覆うよう付着し、前記磁性扁平粒子1の扁平面上に前記磁性扁平小片3が前記無機絶縁物2を介して付着している磁性扁平粉とする。また、前記磁性扁平粒子1と前記磁性扁平小片3の組成が同一であり、前記磁性扁平小片3の断面における長軸の長さL1と、前記磁性扁平粒子1の断面における長軸の長さL2の比(L1/L2)の平均値は、1/2より小さくする。

Claims (10)
- 無機絶縁物と、
扁平状の軟磁性金属である磁性扁平粒子及び磁性扁平小片を備え、
前記無機絶縁物は前記磁性扁平粒子の一部を覆うよう付着し、
前記磁性扁平粒子の扁平面上に前記磁性扁平小片が前記無機絶縁物を介して付着していることを特徴とする磁性扁平粉。 - 前記磁性扁平粒子と前記磁性扁平小片の組成が同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 前記磁性扁平小片の断面における長軸の長さL1と、前記磁性扁平粒子の断面における長軸の長さL2の比(L1/L2)の平均値は、1/2より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 前記扁平粒子の断面において、前記磁性扁平粒子に付着した前記無機絶縁物は、1個以上、30個未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 前記扁平粒子の断面において、前記磁性扁平粒子に前記無機絶縁物を介して付着した前記扁平小片は、1個以上、30個未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 前記無機絶縁物はガラス組成物であり、
前記磁性扁平粒子及び前記磁性扁平小片はアモルファスであり、
前記無機絶縁物の軟化点が、前記磁性扁平粒子及び前記磁性扁平小片の結晶化温度よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の磁性扁平粉。 - 前記無機絶縁物はリン酸塩ガラス組成物であり、前記磁性扁平粒子及び前記磁性扁平小片はP、B、Nb、Crを含有する鉄系アモルファスであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 前記磁性扁平粒子の断面における長軸の長さL1の平均値が10μm以上、120μm以下、前記断面の短軸の長さtに対する前記長さL1の比(L1/t)の平均値が10以上、100以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の磁性扁平粉。
- 軟磁性金属粉と、ガラス組成物である無機絶縁物を混合した混合物を粉末扁平化装置へ投入することにより、前記軟磁性金属粉を扁平化すると共に前記軟磁性金属粉表面の少なくとも一部へ前記無機絶縁物を付着させることを特徴とする磁性扁平粉の製造方法。
- 無機絶縁物と、
扁平状の軟磁性金属である磁性扁平粒子及び磁性扁平小片を有し、
前記磁性扁平粒子の扁平面上に前記磁性扁平小片が前記無機絶縁物を介して付着している磁性扁平粉と、
高分子結合材を備え、
前記磁性扁平粉が前記高分子結合材を介して結合することにより可撓性を有することを特徴とする磁性シート。
