Abstract
【解決手段】 第2のECU32は、液圧センサ29の検出値に基づき第1の周期で液圧センサ29の異常の有無を判断し、センサ異常の判断をしたときには信号線27により第1のECU26に対して異常確定の信号を出力する。第1のECU26は、第2のECU32から信号線27を介して液圧センサ29の検出値を通信により受け取り、前記第1の周期よりも短い第2の周期で液圧センサ29の異常有無を判断する。第1のECU26は、液圧センサ29が異常と判断をしたときに、異常となった液圧センサ29の検出値を用いることなく、操作量検出センサ7からの制動指令に基づいて電動アクチュエータ20の駆動制御を行う。

Claims (9)
- 車両に設けられた第1の機構を制御する第1の制御回路と、
車両に設けられた第2の機構を制御する第2の制御回路と、
該第2の制御回路に電気的に接続され、車両の状態を検出する検出手段と、
前記第1の制御回路と前記第2の制御回路とを電気的に接続し、前記検出手段の検出信号を通信させるための信号線と、を有し、
前記第2の制御回路は、前記検出手段の検出値に基づいて所定の判断基準で前記検出手段の異常の有無を判断し、
前記第1の制御回路は、前記第2の制御回路から前記信号線を介して前記検出手段の検出値を通信により受け取り、該通信により受け取った検出信号に基づいて前記第2の制御回路の所定の判断基準とは異なる他の判断基準により前記検出手段の異常の有無を判断する構成としてなる車両制御装置。 - 前記第1の制御回路と前記第2の制御回路とは、異常判定後の処理をそれぞれ独立して行い、
前記第2の制御回路は、互いに前記検出手段の異常有無の判断結果を前記信号線により第1の制御回路へ通信する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記第1または第2の制御回路により前記検出手段の異常を判断したときに、前記第1の制御回路は、前記検出手段の検出信号に基づく制御を停止することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記第1の制御回路により前記検出手段の異常を判断したときに、異常の警報を行わず、前記第2の制御回路により前記検出手段の異常を判断したときに、異常の警報を行うことを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記第1の制御回路と前記第2の制御回路とは、互いに前記検出手段の異常有無の判断結果を前記信号線により通信し、異常判定後の処理をそれぞれ独立して行う構成としてなる請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 車両の制動力を発生させるための第1の制動機構を制御する第1の制御回路と、
前記第1の制動機構とは別に車両の制動力を発生させるための第2の制動機構を制御する第2の制御回路と、
該第2の制御回路に電気的に接続され、発生する制動力を算出するための液圧を検出する液圧センサと、
前記第1の制御回路と第2の制御回路とを電気的に接続し、前記液圧センサの検出値に基づく検出信号を通信させるための信号線と、を有し、
前記第2の制御回路は、前記液圧センサの検出値に基づいて前記液圧センサの異常の有無を判断し、
前記第1の制御回路は、前記第2の制御回路から前記信号線を介して前記液圧センサの検出信号を通信により受け取り、該通信により受け取った検出信号に基づいて前記第2の制御回路の判断時期よりも早い時期に前記液圧センサの異常の有無を判断する構成としてなるブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記第1の制御回路は、前記液圧センサの異常がないことを検出したときに、前記第1の制動機構への制動指令と前記液圧センサの検出値とに基づいて前記第1の制動機構を制御し、前記液圧センサの異常を検出したときに、前記制動指令に基づいて第1の制動機構を制御する構成としてなる請求項6に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 前記第2の制御回路でも前記液圧センサの異常検出を行い、異常の場合に前記液圧センサの故障確定する構成としてなる請求項7に記載のブレーキ制御装置。
- 車両の制動力を発生させるための第1の制動機構を制御する第1の制御回路と、
前記第1の制動機構とは別に車両の制動力を発生させるための第2の制動機構を制御する第2の制御回路と、
該第2の制御回路に電気的に接続され、発生する制動力を算出するための液圧を検出する液圧センサと、
前記第1の制御回路と第2の制御回路とを電気的に接続し、前記液圧センサの検出値を通信させるための信号線と、を有し、
前記第2の制御回路は、前記液圧センサの検出値に基づいて所定の第1の周期で前記液圧センサの異常の有無を判断すると共に、前記所定の第1の周期よりも短い第2の周期で前記液圧センサ以外の回路中の異常の有無を判断して、異常の判断をしたときに前記信号線により前記第1の制御回路へ異常信号を出力し、
前記第1の制御回路は、前記第2の制御回路から前記信号線を介して前記液圧センサの検出値を通信により受け取り、該通信により受け取った検出信号に基づいて前記第2の周期で前記液圧センサの異常有無を判断し、前記液圧センサの異常を検出したときに、前記第1の制動機構への制動指令に基づいて前記第1の制動機構を制御すると共に、前記第2の制御回路から前記信号線を介して前記異常信号を受けたときに、前記液圧センサまたは前記第2の制御回路が故障していると判定するものであるブレーキ制御装置。
