Abstract
【解決手段】可動物体の検知するセンサーアセンブリーは、内部キャビティを規定する筐体322を含む。ローター380はキャビティ内に保持される。ローター380は中央の穴384を規定し、マグネット400はローター380により規定される中心から外れたポケット405に取り付けられる。ローター380は位置が測定される可動物体のシャフトに連結される。センサー430は、マグネット400に少なくとも重なる関係でキャビティ内に保持され、少なくともマグネット400により生じる磁場の方向を検知して可動物体の位置を示す電気信号を生成する。

Claims (15)
- シャフトに連結された可動物体の位置を検知するセンサーアセンブリーであって、
中心を外れた関係で前記可動物体の前記シャフトに連結されたマグネットと、
前記マグネットに隣接して筐体中に保持されるセンサーとを備え、
前記シャフト及び前記マグネットは回転に適応されており、前記マグネットは、前記マグネットの少なくとも1つの面に対し垂直の方向を持つ磁束場を発生させるように適応されており、
前記マグネット及び前記センサーは、相互に対して移動可能であり、前記センサーは、前記磁束場の方向を検知し、前記磁束場の方向、前記シャフトの位置および前記シャフトに連結された前記可動物体の位置を表示する電気信号を発生させるように適応されている、センサーアセンブリー。 - 筐体および前記筐体内にあり前記可動物体の前記シャフトを受容するように適応された穴を規定するローターをさらに備え、前記マグネットが、前記ローターのポケットに位置する請求項1のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記筐体が、内壁により分離された第1および第2のキャビティーを規定し、前記ローターおよび前記センサーが、少なくとも部分的に重なり合って離間した関係で、それぞれ前記第1および第2のキャビティー内に位置する請求項2のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記ローターおよび前記マグネットが、少なくとも部分的に重なり合って離間した関係で筐体中に保持される請求項2のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 可動物体の位置を検知するセンサーアセンブリーであって、
第1および第2のキャビティーを規定する筐体と、
前記第1および第2のキャビティーを分離する壁と、
穴および前記穴からオフセットされたポケットを規定し、前記可動物体と連結されるように適応された前記第1のキャビティー内のローターと、
磁場を発生させるように適応された前記ローター内の前記ポケット内のマグネットと、
前記第2のキャビティー内のセンサーを備え、
前記センサーおよび前記ローターが相互に対して移動可能であり、前記センサーが前記磁場を検知し、前記マグネットの位置および前記可動物体の位置を表示する電気信号を発生させるように適応されている、センサーアセンブリー。 - シャフトが前記筐体と前記ローターの前記穴に延びている請求項5のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 第1および第2のプレートが、前記第1および第2のキャビティーの各々を覆う請求項5のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 第1および第2のキャビティーが少なくとも部分的に相互に重なり合い、前記筐体の反対側面からアクセス可能である請求項5のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記マグネットにより発生される磁場が前記マグネットの面の少なくとも1つに対し垂直の磁束方向を持つ請求項5のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記マグネットが少なくとも第1の湾曲面と少なくとも第2の直面を含み、前記磁束方向が前記第2の直面に対し垂直である請求項9のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記マグネットが概略半円形である請求項10のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 可動物体の位置を検知するセンサーアセンブリーであって、
内部キャビティーを規定し、開口部を規定する壁を含む筐体と、
前記キャビティー内のセンサーと、
カラーおよびポケットを含む前記キャビティー内のローターと、
磁場を発生させる前記ローターの前記ポケット内のマグネットを備え、
前記カラーは、前記筐体の前記壁の前記開口部と直線上にあり、前記ポケットは、前記センサーに少なくとも部分的に覆い被さり、前記マグネットおよび前記センサーは、相互に対して移動可能であり、前記センサーは、磁場を検知し、前記センサーにより検知される前記磁場に応じて電気信号を発生させるように適応されている、センサーアセンブリー。 - 前記筐体に固定された前記キャビティーを覆うプレートをさらに備え、前記プレートが、前記ローターの前記カラーの直線上にある開口部を規定する請求項12のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記筐体が内部カラーを規定し、前記ローターの前記カラーが、前記筐体の前記カラーに当接してそれに対して回転する請求項12のセンサーアセンブリー。
- 前記ローターが、前記カラーを少なくとも部分的に囲繞し、前記マグネットのための前記ポケットを規定する筐体を有し、前記筐体は、前記筐体を第1および第2の部分に分割する少なくとも1つのスロットを規定し、前記第2の部分が、温度変化に応じて前記第1の部分と独立して屈曲するように適応されている請求項12のセンサーアセンブリー。
