Abstract
【解決手段】導体接続部6は、第一導体挟持部7と、第二導体挟持部8と、連結折り曲げ部9とを含み、これら各部分により導体2を挟み込んで電気的な導通をとることができるように形成される。第一導体挟持部7は、板状の第一板状部10と、この第一板状部10に形成される突出部11とを有する。第一板状部10には、突出部11が形成される。第二導体挟持部8は、板状の第二板状部14と、この第二板状部14に形成される貫通孔15とを有する。第二板状部14は、連結折り曲げ部9を介して第一板状部10に連成される。第二板状部14には、貫通孔15が形成される。この貫通孔15は、突出部11の位置に合わせて配置形成される。

Claims (4)
- 導体及び絶縁体を有するフラット回路体と、導体接続部を有する導電性の端子金具とを備え、これらの電気的な導通をとるにあたり、前記導体を前記導体接続部に接続する導体接続構造において、
前記フラット回路体は、前記絶縁体を所定範囲除去して前記導体の剥き出し状態に形成され、
前記導体接続部は、第一導体挟持部と第二導体挟持部とを含んで構成され、
前記第一導体挟持部は、板状に形成される第一板状部と、該第一板状部の導体対向面から突出する突出部とを有し、
前記第二導体挟持部は、板状に形成される第二板状部と、前記突出部の位置に合わせて前記第二板状部を貫通させてなる貫通孔とを有し、
前記第一導体挟持部及び前記第二導体挟持部にて前記導体を挟み込むと、該導体は、前記突出部により前記貫通孔に押し込まれるような状態で変形をし且つ前記貫通孔の周縁にて押さえられる
ことを特徴とする導体接続構造。 - 請求項1に記載の導体接続構造において、
前記第一導体挟持部及び前記第二導体挟持部は、前記導体接続部の長手方向に沿う一側部を連結部分且つ折り曲げ部分として形成される
ことを特徴とする導体接続構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の導体接続構造において、
前記突出部及び前記貫通孔は、前記導体接続部の長手方向に沿って複数形成される
ことを特徴とする導体接続構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の導体接続構造において、
前記突出部及び前記貫通孔は、前記導体接続部の長手方向に沿ってのびる形状に形成される
ことを特徴とする導体接続構造。
