Abstract
【解決手段】四輪駆動車100は、第1回転部材31と第2回転部材32との噛み合いによりプロペラシャフト2への駆動力の伝達及び遮断を切り替え可能な噛み合いクラッチ3と、エンジン102の駆動力及び左右前輪104a,104bの制動力の少なくとも何れかを制御することにより左右前輪104a,104bのスリップを抑制するトラクションコントロール装置6とを備え、ECU5は、二輪駆動状態から四輪駆動状態へ移行する際、噛み合いクラッチ3の第1回転部材31と第2回転部材32との相対回転速度が所定値以上の場合には、トラクションコントロール装置8に左右前輪104a,104bのスリップを抑制する制御を行うべき指令信号を出力する。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る四輪駆動車の概略の構成例を示す概略構成図である。図1に示すように、四輪駆動車100は、走行用のトルクを発生する駆動源としてのエンジン102と、エンジン102の駆動力が常時伝達される左右一対の主駆動輪としての左右前輪104a,104bと、走行状態に応じてエンジン102の駆動力が伝達される左右一対の補助駆動輪としての左右後輪105a,105bとを備えている。四輪駆動車100は、左右前輪104a,104b及び左右後輪105a,105bにエンジン102の駆動力を伝達する四輪駆動状態と、左右前輪104a,104bのみに駆動力を伝達する二輪駆動状態とを切り替え可能である。
図2(a)は、噛み合いクラッチ3の概略の構成例を示す断面図である。噛み合いクラッチ3は、フロントデフケース111の軸方向の端部に固定された第1回転部材31と、第1回転部材31に対して同軸上で相対回転可能な第2回転部材32とを有し、第1回転部材31がエンジン102側に、第2回転部材32が左右後輪105a,105b側(プロペラシャフト2側)に、それぞれ連結されている。そして、噛み合いクラッチ3は、第1回転部材31と第2回転部材32との噛み合いにより、エンジン102から左右後輪105a,105bへの駆動力の伝達及び遮断を切り替え可能である。
図3は、トルクカップリング4及びその周辺部の概略の構成例を示す概略構成図である。トルクカップリング4は、図3に示すように、多板クラッチ41,電磁クラッチ42,カム機構43、インナシャフト44、及びこれらを収容するハウジング40を有し、リヤディファレンシャル107及び歯車機構7と共にディファレンシャルキャリア12に収容されている。
ECU5は、予め記憶素子に記憶されたプログラムに基づいて処理を実行するCPU(Central Processing Unit)や、このCPUの演算結果に基づいて、例えばPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)制御によって電流値を可変に調節することができる電流出力回路等を有している。ECU5は、噛み合いクラッチ3及びトルクカップリング4を動作させるための電流を出力し、噛み合いクラッチ3及びトルクカップリング4を制御する。また、ECU5は、例えばCAN(Controller Area Network)等の車内通信網を介して、四輪駆動車100の車速や、エンジン102の出力トルク、及びアクセル開度や操舵角等の走行状態に関する各種情報を取得可能である。
以上説明した本実施の形態によれば、ECU5がトラクションコントロール装置8に左右前輪104a,104bのスリップを抑制する制御を行わせるので、スリップが発生している状態でも、ディスコネクト状態からコネクト状態、すなわち二輪駆動状態から四輪駆動状態への移行を速やかに行うことができる。これにより、四輪駆動車100の走行安定性を高めることができる。
Claims (2)
- 主駆動輪及び補助駆動輪に駆動源の駆動力を伝達する四輪駆動状態と、前記主駆動輪のみに前記駆動源の駆動力を伝達する二輪駆動状態とを切り替え可能であり、前記駆動源側の第1回転部材と前記補助駆動輪側の第2回転部材との噛み合いにより前記駆動源から前記補助駆動輪への駆動力の伝達及び遮断を切り替え可能な噛合いクラッチと、前記駆動源の駆動力及び前記主駆動輪の制動力の少なくとも何れかを制御することにより前記主駆動輪のスリップを抑制するトラクションコントロール装置とを備えた四輪駆動車に搭載され、
前記二輪駆動状態から前記四輪駆動状態へ移行する際、前記噛合いクラッチの前記第1回転部材と前記第2回転部材との相対回転速度が所定値以上の場合には、前記トラクションコントロール装置に前記主駆動輪のスリップを抑制する制御を行うべき指令信号を出力する
