Abstract
【解決手段】組電池1および監視回路22との間を接続する電圧検出用の複数の検出ラインL間に接続され、監視回路22に印加される電圧を一定電圧に保持する過電圧保護素子212と、各検出ラインLそれぞれに設けられ、所定電流値以上の電流が検出ラインLに流れた際に、組電池1と監視回路22との間の電気的接続を遮断する回路保護素子211と、を備える。そして、過電圧保護素子212は、組電池1に過電圧が発生した際に、各検出ラインL間を短絡状態に維持するように構成され、回路保護素子211は、組電池1に過電圧が発生した際に、過電圧保護素子212を介して検出ラインL間に流れる短絡電流によって、組電池1と監視回路22との間の電気的接続を遮断するように構成されている。

Description
第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車に搭載される電源システムに、本発明の回路保護装置を適用している。図1に示すように、本実施形態の電源システムは、主たる構成要素として、組電池1、および電池監視装置2を備えている。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、第1実施形態と同様または均等な部分についての説明を省略、または簡略化して説明する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、各請求項に記載した範囲を逸脱しない限り、適宜変更することができる。例えば、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (4)
- 電源部(1)の電圧を監視する監視回路(22)を保護する回路保護装置であって、
前記電源部および前記監視回路との間を接続する電圧検出用の複数の検出ライン間に接続され、前記監視回路に印加される電圧を一定電圧に保持する過電圧保護素子(212)と、
前記複数の検出ラインそれぞれに設けられ、所定電流値以上の電流が検出ラインに流れた際に前記電源部と前記監視回路との間の電気的接続を遮断する回路保護素子(211)を備え、
前記過電圧保護素子は、前記電源部に過電圧が発生した際に、前記複数の検出ライン間を短絡状態に維持するように構成され、
前記回路保護素子は、前記電源部に過電圧が発生した際に、前記過電圧保護素子を介して前記検出ライン間に流れる短絡電流によって、前記電源部と前記監視回路との間の電気的接続を遮断するように構成されていることを特徴とする回路保護装置。 - 前記過電圧保護素子は、過電圧が印加された際に短絡故障するツェナダイオード(ZD)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路保護装置。
- 前記回路保護素子は、前記電源部に過電圧が発生した際に、前記過電圧保護素子を介して前記複数の検出ライン間に流れる短絡電流によって破断するヒューズ(F)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回路保護装置。
- 前記回路保護素子は、前記電源部に過電圧が発生した際に、前記過電圧保護素子を介して前記複数の検出ライン間に流れる短絡電流によって破断する低抵抗器(R)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回路保護装置。
