Claims (10)
- 第１および第２の対向する端面の間で軸方向に延在する複数のセルを含むハニカム体であって、前記セルが、交差する多孔質の壁を含むハニカム体と；
前記ハニカム体の周囲にわたって付着されるセメント混合物であって、１０μｍ〜５０μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第１の粒径分布を有する第１のガラス粉末充填材および１５０〜３００μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第２の粒径分布を有する第２のガラス粉末充填材を含むセメント混合物と；
を含み；
前記第１および第２のガラス粉末が、非晶質石英ガラスであることを特徴とするハニカム構造。 - 前記セメント混合物が、か焼セメント混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のハニカム構造。
- ６００℃から室温に冷ます際の前記か焼セメント混合物の平均熱膨張係数が、１５×１０−７／℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項２に記載のハニカム構造。
- 前記第１の粒径分布が、１μｍ〜１０μｍの範囲のＤ１０および２５μｍ〜１２５μｍの範囲のＤ９０を有することを特徴とする、請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造。
- 前記第２の粒径分布が、１００μｍ〜１５０μｍの範囲のＤ１０、および２５０μｍ〜３５０μｍの範囲のＤ９０を有することを特徴とする、請求項１〜４のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造。
- 第１および第２の対向する端面の間で軸方向に延在する複数のセルを含むハニカム体であって、前記セルが、交差する多孔質の壁を含むハニカム体を押し出す工程と；
前記ハニカム体を成形し、それによって、前記ハニカム体の周囲の前記多孔質の壁の部分を露出させる工程と；
１０μｍ〜５０μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第１の粒径分布を有する第１のガラス粉末充填材、および約１５０〜約３００μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第２の粒径分布を有する第２のガラス粉末充填材を含むセメント混合物を、前記成形されたハニカム体の周囲に塗布し、それによって、ハニカム構造を形成する工程と；
前記セメント混合物を乾燥させる工程と；
を含み；
６００℃から２３℃に冷ます際の前記セメント混合物の平均熱膨張係数が、１５×１０−７／℃以下であることを特徴とする、ハニカム構造を作製する方法。 - 前記第１の粒径分布が、１μｍ〜１０μｍの範囲のＤ１０および２５μｍ〜１２５μｍの範囲のＤ９０を有することを特徴とする、請求項６に記載の方法。
- 前記第２の粒径分布が、１００μｍ〜１５０μｍの範囲のＤ１０、および２５０μｍ〜３５０μｍの範囲のＤ９０を有することを特徴とする、請求項６または請求項７に記載の方法。
- 前記第１のガラス粉末充填材が、前記セメント混合物の前記無機固体成分の総重量の２０重量％〜６０重量％の範囲を占めることを特徴とする、請求項６〜８のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- １０μｍ〜５０μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第１の粒径分布を有する第１のガラス粉末充填材と；
１５０μｍ〜３００μｍの範囲のＤ５０を有する第２の粒径分布を有する第２のガラス粉末充填材と；
無機バインダー材料と；
を含み；
前記第１および第２のガラス粉末充填材が、石英ガラスであることを特徴とする、セラミック基板に塗布するためのセメント混合物。
