Abstract
Se provee un método para formar un forro integral laminar de una estructura en forma de panal; el método incluye extruír un volumen precursor cerámico a través de un dado con orificios de alimentación en el lado de la entrada y ranuras en la cara de salida del dado para formar la estructura en forma de panal; en una región en la periferia del dado configurada para formar la matriz celular, se configura una serie de ranuras concéntricas alrededor de la matriz en la cara de salida del dado para alimentar el forro sobre la matriz; las secciones de anillo entre las ranuras concéntricas están en ángulo en alejamiento del centro y se dispone una máscara en la parte superior de la periferia que produce un canal para que el forro extruído se encuentre y se una a la matriz extuída; opcionalmente, las ranuras en las secciones de anillo formadoras de forro aumentan el tejido entre las capas del forro laminar; también se proveen el dado y el cuerpo en forma de panal que tiene el forro integral laminar.
