Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير قالب التشكيل بالبثق متعدد الثقوب multi-hole extrusion die يُمكّن من إنتاج الأجسام المقولبة بالبثق من المحفز catalyst extrusion-molded bodies لإنتاج ألدهيد غير مشبع unsaturated aldehyde و/أو حمض كربوكسيلي غير مشبع unsaturated carboxylic acid ، حيث يكون للأجسام المقولبة بالبثق من المحفز catalyst extrusion-molded bodies بصورة ملائمة جودة عالية high quality وأداء حفزي مرتفع high catalytic performance. يتضمن قالب التشكيل بالبثق متعدد الثقوب multi-hole extrusion die : جسم قالب يتضمن ثقوب القالب ووسيلة ضبط التدفق التي تسمح للمادة المراد قولبتها بالتدفق بصورة متساوية داخل ثقوب القالب die holes ؛ ويتضمن لوح التكسير breaker plate مادة لها إجهاد صمود proof stress يصل إلى 300 ميجا باسكال أو أعلى، تم تزويده بمجموعة من الثقوب النافذة through-holes حيث يكون لكل منها حجم أ يقاس بـ (مم)، ولها سمك ب يقاس بـ (مم)، حيث يصل ب/أ إلى 0.5 أو أكثر وأقل من 3.0، ويكون للبثق متعدد الثقوب multi-hole extrusion die هيكل structure حيث يتم تحميل القطاع المركزي center section للوح التكسير
