Claims (10)
- 第1および第2の対向する端面の間で軸方向に延在する複数のセルを含むハニカム体であって、前記セルが、交差する多孔質の壁を含むハニカム体と;
前記ハニカム体の周囲にわたって付着されるセメント混合物であって、10μm〜50μmの範囲のD50を有する第1の粒径分布を有する第1のガラス粉末充填材および150〜300μmの範囲のD50を有する第2の粒径分布を有する第2のガラス粉末充填材を含むセメント混合物と;
を含み;
前記第1および第2のガラス粉末が、非晶質石英ガラスであることを特徴とするハニカム構造。 - 前記セメント混合物が、か焼セメント混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハニカム構造。
- 600℃から室温に冷ます際の前記か焼セメント混合物の平均熱膨張係数が、15×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のハニカム構造。
- 前記第1の粒径分布が、1μm〜10μmの範囲のD10および25μm〜125μmの範囲のD90を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造。
- 前記第2の粒径分布が、100μm〜150μmの範囲のD10、および250μm〜350μmの範囲のD90を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造。
- 第1および第2の対向する端面の間で軸方向に延在する複数のセルを含むハニカム体であって、前記セルが、交差する多孔質の壁を含むハニカム体を押し出す工程と;
前記ハニカム体を成形し、それによって、前記ハニカム体の周囲の前記多孔質の壁の部分を露出させる工程と;
10μm〜50μmの範囲のD50を有する第1の粒径分布を有する第1の非晶質ガラス粉末充填材、および約150〜約300μmの範囲のD50を有する第2の粒径分布を有する第2の非晶質ガラス粉末充填材を含むセメント混合物を、前記成形されたハニカム体の周囲に塗布し、それによって、ハニカム構造を形成する工程と;
前記セメント混合物を乾燥させる工程と;
を含み;
600℃から23℃に冷ます際の前記セメント混合物の平均熱膨張係数が、15×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする、ハニカム構造を作製する方法。 - 前記第1の粒径分布が、1μm〜10μmの範囲のD10および25μm〜125μmの範囲のD90を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の粒径分布が、100μm〜150μmの範囲のD10、および250μm〜350μmの範囲のD90を有することを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のガラス粉末充填材が、前記セメント混合物の前記無機固体成分の総重量の20重量%〜60重量%の範囲を占めることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 10μm〜50μmの範囲のD50を有する第1の粒径分布を有する第1のガラス粉末充填材と;
150μm〜300μmの範囲のD50を有する第2の粒径分布を有する第2のガラス粉末充填材と;
無機バインダー材料と;
を含み;
前記第1および第2のガラス粉末充填材が、石英ガラスであることを特徴とする、セラミック基板に塗布するためのセメント混合物。
