Claims (5)
- 対向する第一端面および第二端面の間において軸方向に延びる複数のセルであって、交差する多孔質壁を含むセルを含むハニカム体と、
前記ハニカム体の周辺部を覆うように被着されたセメント混合物であって、25℃〜600℃における第一熱膨張率を有する無機充填材料および25℃〜600℃における第二熱膨張率を有する結晶性無機繊維質材料を含む、セメント混合物と、
を含むハニカム構造体であって、
前記無機充填材料が前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の少なくとも10%を占め、
前記第一熱膨張率が、前記第二熱膨張率の50%未満であり、
前記結晶性無機繊維質材料は、2〜10マイクロメートルの平均直径および10〜50マイクロメートルの平均長さを有する場合、前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の3%〜10%を占め、
前記結晶性無機繊維質材料は、10〜20マイクロメートルの平均直径および50〜100マイクロメートルの平均長さを有する場合、前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の5%〜15%を占め、
前記結晶性無機繊維質材料は、20〜60マイクロメートルの平均直径および100〜300マイクロメートルの平均長さを有する場合、前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の10%〜20%を占める、
ハニカム構造体。 - 前記セメント混合物が1000℃未満の温度で硬化する、請求項1に記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記結晶性無機繊維質材料の少なくとも50質量%が3:1〜10:1のアスペクト比を有する、請求項1または2に記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記結晶性無機繊維質材料の5質量%未満が、250マイクロメートルを超える直径を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記無機充填材料が前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の20%〜80%を占め、前記結晶性無機繊維質材料が前記セメント混合物の無機固体成分の総質量の3%〜20%を占め、前記第一熱膨張率が0.5×10-7/℃〜20×10-7/℃の範囲にあり、前記第二熱膨張率が10×10-7/℃〜100×10-7/℃の範囲にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のハニカム構造体。
