Claims (15)
- 車両バッテリ用の冷却装置(10)であって、少なくとも1つの冷却剤ライン(12)と、前記車両バッテリの平坦面に対して前記冷却剤ライン(12)を上向きに直接圧接する、弾性材料で作られた少なくとも1つの分離クランプ要素(14)と、を有し、前記冷却剤ライン(12)は、平坦であり、かつ、前記車両バッテリの平坦側と接触する基本的に平坦な上部表面(13)により構成され、前記冷却剤ライン(12)の断面は、好ましくはその高さよりも大きな幅を有する、ことを特徴とする冷却装置。
- 前記冷却剤ライン(12)は、定位置に圧迫されていない場合に、上側に向けて凸形状の断面を有する、請求項1に記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記クランプ要素(14)は、前記冷却剤ライン(12)の下側、好ましくは前記冷却剤ライン(12)の両側端に、上向きに接触する、請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記クランプ要素(14)は、2つの独立した変形可能なアーム(24)、好ましくは前記冷却剤ライン(12)に向けて斜め上方の角度に曲げられたアーム、からなり、各アームは、平坦な前記冷却剤ライン(12)の下側の両側端にそれぞれ配置され、前記冷却剤ラインは、好ましくは、前記アーム(24)に架設される、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記クランプ要素(14)は、前記冷却剤ライン(12)と連結するように成形される、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの断熱構成要素(16)が含まれ、前記断熱構成要素は、前記クランプ要素(14)に結合され、かつ、前記バッテリの平坦側を絶縁する、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記クランプ要素(14)は、少なくとも部分的には、前記断熱構成要素(16)に埋設されている、請求項6に記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記クランプ要素(14)は、広範囲に(またはより具体的には、完全に)前記断熱構成要素(16)と接触する、請求項6または7に記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 複数のクランプ要素(14)が用いられ、前記複数のクランプ要素は、少なくとも1つの断熱構成要素(16)を介して機械的に接続される、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記1つまたは複数の冷却剤ライン(12)と、1つまたは複数のクランプ要素(14)と、1つまたは複数の断熱構成要素(16)とは、冷却床面(32)を定義し、それらの合計表面は、前記車両バッテリの平坦側に相当する、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記冷却剤ライン(12)の上側(13)の上部表面は、冷却されるべき前記バッテリのベースの合計表面積の35%乃至70%に合わせられる、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記冷却剤ライン(12)の断面は、その高さの2倍、または好ましくは5倍、あるいはより好ましくは10倍大きい、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 前記冷却剤ライン(12)は、平坦な2次元構成要素であり、好ましくは複数の冷却剤(20)チャネルを有する、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 複数の冷却剤ライン(12)が、互いに隣接して設けられ、前記冷却剤ラインは、好ましくは、共通の断熱構成要素(16)を有し、前記クランプ要素(14)は、前記断熱構成要素(16)に保持される、請求項1乃至13のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)。
- 複数のバッテリ要素(102)と、請求項1乃至14のいずれかに記載の冷却装置(10)と、を含む車両バッテリを有する車両バッテリアセンブリ(100)であって、前記冷却装置(10)は、冷却されるべき前記バッテリ要素(102)の平坦側(103)の1つおよび前記車両バッテリのケーシング(104)と、冷却されるべき前記バッテリ要素(102)の平坦面(103)に対して上向きに直接接触して配置される少なくとも1つの冷却剤ライン(12)と、の間に配置される、車両バッテリアセンブリ。
