Claims (11)
- 円筒状のバッテリーをユニットセルとして使用するバッテリーパックを製造するためのスペーサーであって、
前記スペーサーは矩形のフレームの形態に組み立てられ、前記スペーサーは、円筒状のバッテリーの外表面を部分的に覆う円周タイプの内部表面構造を持った複数のバッテリー受け取り部材を備えた矩形のフレームの対向する側面(対向面)に提供され、それぞれのバッテリー受け取り部材は前記フレームの対向する側面の間に延在する水平スルーホールを有し、そして、フレームの対向する側面に形成された一対のバッテリー受け取り部材(ユニット受け取り部材)は、容易に切断することができる構造物を介して他の隣接ユニット受け取り部材に連結されることを特徴とするスペーサー。 - 前記バッテリー受け取り部材は、その上下の端部に、ユニットセルの上下の端部表面を部分的に覆うスカートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記スカートは、ユニットセルが前記バッテリー受け取り部材に受け取られる時、ユニットセルの外側円周の形状に沿って、ユニットセルの上下の端部表面を覆うための構造において突出することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記バッテリー受け取り部材は、ユニットセルの外表面を、ユニットセルの高さの高くても50%にまで部分的に覆うための構造に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記水平スルーホールは、それぞれのバッテリー受け取り部材の対向する側の中間部材においてフレームを通して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記ユニット受け取り部材の接続領域は、小さな幅を有するゲート構造物において構築されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記水平スルーホールは、その上下の端部に、それぞれのユニット受け取り部材を相互連結するゲート構造物を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記スペーサーは、ユニット受け取り部材の4つの隣接したバッテリー受け取り部材の交わる領域に形成された垂直のスルーチャンネルを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記スペーサーは、ユニットセルの温度を測定するために前記垂直スルーチャンネルにおいてマウントされたサーミスタ有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスペーサー。
- 前記垂直スルーチャンネルは水平スルーホールと連通し、そして前記サーミスタは前記垂直スルーチャンネルと前記水平スルーホールの連通領域に位置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のスペーサー。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のスペーサーを含むバッテリーパック。
