Claims (5)
- 複数個の電池を横並びに配置した複数組の電池横並群を縦方向に複数段にわたって配置した電池パックにおいて、
電池横並群の間に、下記(A)、(B)及び(C)の構成を備えた電池スペーサを配置したことを特徴とする電池パック。
(A)電池スペーサの縦方向の両面に、電池横並群の各電池の側面の形状に沿う凹状の電池溝が形成されている。
(B)電池スペーサの縦方向の少なくともいずれか一方の面に形成された全ての電池溝の溝長手方向の一部に、この電池溝の溝底をさらに深くした通気溝が形成されている。
(C)前記通気溝が形成された電池溝において横並び方向に隣接する電池溝の間の全ての溝壁に、これら隣接する電池溝の通気溝の間を連通する連通口が開口されている。 - 複数個の円筒形の電池を横並びに配置した複数組の電池横並群を縦方向に複数段にわたって配置した電池パックにおいて、
電池横並群の間に、下記(A)、(B)及び(C)の構成を備えた電池スペーサを配置したことを特徴とする電池パック。
(A)電池スペーサの縦方向の両面に、電池横並群の各電池の半円筒形の側面に沿う円弧凹状の電池溝が形成されている。
(B)電池スペーサの縦方向の少なくともいずれか一方の面に形成された全ての電池溝の溝長手方向の一部に、この電池溝の溝底をさらに深くした通気溝が形成されている。
(C)前記通気溝が形成された電池溝において横並び方向に隣接する電池溝の間の全ての溝壁に、これら隣接する電池溝の通気溝の間を連通する連通口が開口されている。 - 請求項2記載の電池パックにおいて、円筒形の電池に代えて、縦方向を向く両側面が半円筒形となった長円筒形の電池を用いたことを特徴とする電池パック。
- 前記溝壁に開口されている連通口により前記電池スペーサの横並び方向両端部に至る通気路が形成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池横並群が縦方向に3段以上にわたって配置された電池パックにおいて、1段の電池横並群を介して縦方向に隣接する双方の電池スペーサが繋がって一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
