Abstract
【解決手段】ホルダーケース100と、ホルダーケース100内に配される複数の電池150と、を備え、ホルダーケース100は、ホルダーケース100内に配される複数のリブ120を備え、各リブ120は、ホルダーケース100の側面と実質的に平行な方向に延びて、各電池150がその間に収容されるカラム125を備え、カラム125は、カラム125の延長方向に延びる放熱ホール125´を備えるパック電池。これにより、充放電動作に伴って生成された熱を取り集め、空気フローを通じて消散させる放熱ホールが設けられることによって、電池の過熱ないし温度上昇による性能低下が効果的に防止される。

Claims (20)
- ホルダーケースと、
前記ホルダーケース内に配置される複数の電池と、を備え、
前記ホルダーケースは、
前記ホルダーケース内に配置される複数のリブを備え、
各リブは、前記ホルダーケースの側面と実質的に平行な方向に延びて、各電池がその間に収容されるカラムを備え、
前記カラムは、前記カラムの延長方向に延びる放熱ホールを備えることを特徴とするパック電池。 - 前記各リブは、前記カラムから第1、第2方向にそれぞれ延びる第1ピン及び第2ピンをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。
- 前記カラムの端部は、ホルダーケースの背面周囲に配置され、
前記カラムは、前記ホルダーケースの前面に向かって延び、
前記ホルダーケースの背面及び前面は、ホルダーケースの側面と実質的に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパック電池。 - 前記第1ピン及び第2ピンは、前記カラムの端部周囲に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパック電池。
- 前記第1ピン同士で互いに連結され、
前記第2ピン同士で互いに連結されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパック電池。 - 前記第1方向及び第2方向は、前記カラムの延長方向と垂直であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパック電池。
- 前記カラムのうち、隣接した2つのカラムの間には第1ギャップが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。
- 前記ホルダーケースの前面または背面に配置されて、前記電池を互いに電気的に連結させるリードプレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。
- 前記カラムは、少なくとも一つのサブカラムをさらに備え、
前記サブカラムは、前記カラムの延長方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。 - 前記サブカラムのうち、隣接した2つのサブカラムの間には第2ギャップが形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のパック電池。
- 前記放熱ホールは、少なくとも二つのサブカラムにより取り囲まれることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のパック電池。
- 前記ホルダーケースの外郭を形成するためのフレームをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。
- 前記電池のうち、少なくとも一つは二次電池を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパック電池。

前記カラムは、その内部に形成された放熱チャンネルを備え、電池から放出された熱は、前記放熱チャンネルを通じて放熱されることを特徴とするパック電池。 - 前記放熱チャンネルは、前記カラムの延長方向に沿って延びる放熱ホールを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のパック電池。
- 前記カラムはサブカラムを備え、
前記放熱チャンネルは、前記サブカラムのうち、隣接した二つのサブカラムの間に形成された第2ギャップを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のパック電池。 - 前記カラムは、前記カラムの延長方向に沿って延びた放熱ホールをさらに備え、
前記放熱ホールは、少なくとも2つ以上のサブカラムにより取り囲まれることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のパック電池。 - 前記各リブは、カラムから第1方向に延びる第1ピンと、カラムから第2方向に延びる第2ピンとをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のパック電池。
- 前記カラムのうち、隣接した2つのカラムの間には第1ギャップが形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のパック電池。
- 前記ホルダーケースの前面または背面に配置されて、電池を互いに電気的に連結させるリードプレートを備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のパック電池。
