Abstract

本发明提供了一种电池组安装架,它包括一电池支撑架,于电池支撑架内壁形成有电池定位槽,外壁沿电池定位槽轴向纵深形成有凸条,在外壁凸条及内壁电池定位槽间贯穿形成有热交换通道。本发明的有益效果在于电池支撑架中设置了多个电池定位槽,在电池支撑架壁中设置热交换通道,通道中可通过导热介质,使得组合而成的电池组工作温度可借由导热介质根据需要进行升温或降温。因此,本发明解决了现有电池工作组在工作中产生热量排放难的问题,从工艺方面和技术方面解决了电池组或电池组体维护难的问题,提高了电池组体的产业化水平。

电池组安装架
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电池组合支架,尤其是指一种电池组安装架。
【背景技术】
电池作为人们日常生活和工作不可缺少的物品,已被世人所公认。由于电池的单体容量受到多重技术的限制无法无限增加,所以大功率电池多是通过多个小功率单体电池组合而成。目前使用的各类电池,在工作中必然会产生热量,而其中近些年来得到广泛应用的锂离子电池或其它类似电池组成的电池组或电池组体的发热问题更为明显。锂离子电池或其它类似电池在使用中产生由于环境温度的提高所带来的安全隐患或控制的不稳定已被业界所认知,严重影响了大功率电池的产业化进程。因此,如何解决散热问题已成为行业发展亟需突破的一大技术难题。
从电池技术角度而言,加强对电池充放电管理和从电化学的角度降低充放电时产生的热量和热量产生的速度是一种方法。此外,将电池工作时产生的热量排放到对温度不敏感的场所也是一个可积极采取的技术措施。但纵观现有市面的电池组合用安装支架,往往其散热结构及性能较差,无法满足为电池快速散热的目的。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服了上述缺陷,提供一种兼顾高散热性能的电池组安装架。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种电池组安装架,它包括一电池支撑架,于电池支撑架内壁形成有电池定位槽,外壁沿电池定位槽轴向纵深形成有凸条,在外壁凸条及内壁电池定位槽间贯穿形成有热交换通道;
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架由匚形框及其开放端盖有的挡板组成;
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架内壁中至少间隔形成有两个电池定位槽,所述电池支撑架外壁凸条设置于两电池定位槽之间;
上述结构中,所述凸条的热交换通道中设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,螺纹四周设有通槽。
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架的外壁凸条上设有散热防滑的凸肋;
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架于四周均设有凸条;
上述结构中,所述凸条的热交换通道中设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,螺纹四周设有通槽;
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架的外壁凸条上设有散热防滑的凸肋;
上述结构中,所述电池支撑架中电池定位槽间设有隔板。
本发明的有益效果在于电池支撑架中设置了多个电池定位槽,在电池支撑架壁中设置热交换通道,通道中可通过导热介质,使得组合而成的电池组工作温度可借由导热介质根据需要进行升温或降温。因此,本发明解决了现有电池工作组在工作中产生热量排放难的问题,从工艺方面和技术方面解决了电池组或电池组体维护难的问题,提高了电池组体的产业化水平。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,一种电池组安装架,它包括电池支撑架,电池支撑架可由匚形框1及对应盖于其开放端的挡板2组成。
其中,电池支撑架的匚形框1内壁间隔形成有多个用容置电芯4的电池定位槽101(根据需要还可在电池定位槽101间设有隔板3间隔,从而加强彼此电池定位槽间的热力隔离),其外壁于相邻电池定位槽101间,沿电池定位槽101轴向纵深形成有凸条104,较佳的于凸条104上设有散热防滑的凸肋107;在匚形框1的外壁凸条104、内壁电池定位槽101间贯穿形成有热交换通道105,热交换通道105中设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,从而导流管可设置在热交换通道中,热交换液体流经导流管同时即可将紧贴在电池定位槽101中的电池所发热量及时带走,此外,在热交换通道105设有连接导流管螺纹的四周还设有通槽,有利于散热,可进一步有利于热交换介质流的散热。
而电池支撑架的挡板2内壁对应匚形框1形成有多个间隔的电池定位槽201(根据需要可在电池定位槽201间设有隔板3间隔),其外壁于两相邻电池定位槽201之间沿电池定位槽201轴向纵深形成有凸条205,较佳的于凸条205上设有散热防滑的凸肋204;在挡板2外壁凸条205及内壁电池定位槽201间贯穿形成有热交换通道205,热交换通道205中同样设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,螺纹四周设有通槽。
最佳的,电池支撑架的匚形框1除于相邻电池定位槽101间设置可起热交换作用的凸条104外,于其左右两侧也设置此类凸条103,同样凸条103中设有热交换通道106,凸条205上设有散热防滑的凸肋,而热交换通道106中同样设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,螺纹四周设有通槽。由此整个电池支撑架即于四周均设有散热通道,从而从最大程度上解决了电池组使用过程的发热问题。

1.一种电池组安装架,其特征在于:它包括一电池支撑架,于电池支撑架内壁形成有电池定位槽,于电池支撑架四周外壁沿电池定位槽轴向纵深形成有凸条,在外壁凸条及内壁电池定位槽间贯穿形成有热交换通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池组安装架,其特征在于:所述电池支撑架由匚形框及其开放端盖有的挡板组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池组安装架,其特征在于:所述电池支撑架内壁中至少间隔形成有两个电池定位槽,所述电池支撑架外壁凸条设置于两电池定位槽之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池组安装架,其特征在于:所述凸条的热交换通道中设有用于连接导流管的螺纹,螺纹四周设有通槽。
5.如权利要求3所述的电池组安装架,其特征在于:所述电池支撑架的外壁凸条上设有散热防滑的凸肋。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的电池组安装架,其特征在于:所述电池支撑架中电池定位槽间设有隔板。
