Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリセル(37)を有するバッテリモジュール(34)を収容するバッテリケース(31)の底壁(31a)に設けた複数の固定部(31b)に蓋部材(43)を固定することで、前記バッテリケース(31)の底壁(31a)の下面と前記蓋部材(43)の上面との間に前記バッテリモジュール(34)を冷却する冷媒ジャケット(45)が形成され、前記複数の固定部(31b)の少なくとも一部は前記冷媒ジャケット(45)の外側に配置される電動車両のバッテリパックであって、
前記固定部(31b)における前記バッテリケース(31)の肉厚は該固定部(31b)の周囲における前記バッテリケース(31)の肉厚よりも大きく形成され、前記固定部(31b)は前記バッテリモジュール(34)の下面に向かって上向きに膨出する膨出部(31c)を備え、前記バッテリモジュール(34)の下面は上向きに窪む凹部および下向きに突出する凸部を備え、前記膨出部(31c)は前記凹部に対向する位置に配置されることを特徴とする電動車両のバッテリパック。 - 前記冷媒ジャケット(45)の内部における前記膨出部(31c)を外れた位置に、前記バッテリケース(31)の底壁(31a)の上面と前記バッテリモジュール(34)の下面との間に挟まれる伝熱部材(46)が配置され、前記伝熱部材(46)の上端の高さ(H2)は前記膨出部(31c)の上端の高さ(H1)よりも高いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(34)はその下面を構成する金属製の板状部材(36)を備え、前記板状部材(36)は、前記冷媒ジャケット(45)に対向する部分にその他の部分よりも肉厚が小さい薄肉部(36c)を有しており、前記膨出部(31c)の少なくとも一部は前記薄肉部(36c)の下方に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリモジュール(34)は前記複数のバッテリセル(37)を一体に締結する一対のサイドプレート(39)を備え、前記サイドプレート(39)は前記複数のバッテリセル(37)の側面を覆う本体部(39a)と、前記本体部(39a)の下端を折り曲げて前記板状部材(36)の下面に重ね合わされる延設部(39b)とを有し、前記膨出部(31c)は前記延設部(39b)と干渉しない位置に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記板状部材(36)は、前記一対のサイドプレート(39)に沿う両側部(36b)の板厚が大きく、一対の前記両側部(36b)間に挟まれた中央部(36c)の板厚が小さく形成されており、前記サイドプレート(39)の前記延設部(39b)は前記板状部材(36)の前記両側部(36b)の少なくとも一部に重ね合わされることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記固定部(31b)の下面から上向きに延びるボルト孔(31d)が形成され、前記蓋部材(43)は前記ボルト孔(31d)に螺合するボルト(44)で前記バッテリケース(31)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリケース(31)は金属ダイキャスト製であり、前記固定部(31b)は前記バッテリケース(31)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の電動車両のバッテリパック。
