Claims (10)
- それ自体と対応工具(12)との間で製品を加工する加工工具(18)を有する、平坦な製品で破断線を加工または生成する装置において、
前記加工工具(18)は超音波ソノトロード(22)によって支持され、前記加工工具(18)は前記超音波ソノトロード(22)とともに加工運動を行い、前記加工運動は平坦な製品の部分的な分断であることを特徴とする装置。 - 平坦な製品のパーフォレーション及び/又は打抜きの役目をすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(18)の加工運動は直線運動であることを特徴とする、請求項1及び請求項2のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記超音波ソノトロード(22)は振動運動を行い、その方向は加工運動と平行に延びてこれに重ね合わされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記超音波ソノトロード(22)の振動性運動は5μmから20μmのストロークを有していることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 最大20%の力低減が実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(18)は平坦な製品が区域ごとに分断されて分離個所の間にウェブが残るパーフォレーションカッターであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(18)はウェブをその高さに関して低減させることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記加工工具(18)は切れ刃を有しており、平坦な製品をその高さに関して低減させることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記超音波ソノトロード(22)はコンバータソノトロードであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載の装置。
